During spring break (all of March & April) Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667 requires that all occupants 18 years of age and older must submit a valid, government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license) at the time of booking. Please note that city ordinances supersede the policies of third-party booking platforms, including Airbnb and VRBO. • Per Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667, guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian on the property after 10:00 PM, including parking garages, pool decks, walkways, elevators, and beach access points. Séjour de 3 nuits en août 2024 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Patrick Voyage en famille 30 avr. 2024 Points forts : Propreté, commodités et état et installations de l’hébergement. This unit was a very pleasant surprise in decor! It has been updated and it was very clean and cozy. The king bed was not comfortable at all and the lower location to water activities, left us unable to enjoy the balcony in the afternoons.
