This listing is for a condo at The Summit Beach Resort, it's located right along the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches and within walking distance to great restaurants, a golf course, and other family attractions. The Summit Beach Resort offers guests onsite amenities such as two large swimming pools, Summit Tiki Bar, Summit Market, Bikini Bob’s Restaurant, hot tubs, picnic areas with grills, tennis courts, a basketball court, three shuffleboard courts, and a fitness center. During the Summer, kids can enjoy Resort Collection’s Adventure Zone activities onsite, including fan favorite Dive-In Movies on the pool deck at dusk. Each suite is fully furnished, providing all the comforts of home. The Summit is one of the biggest resorts and offers some of the best values on the beach. FEATURES: \*King size bed in the master bedroom and a large flat screen tv. \*The hallway has 2 twin size bunk beds. \*QUEEN size sleeper sofa, \*Large flat screen tv in the living room \*Private Balcony overlooking beautiful PCB. These condos have three separate sleeping areas, Master Bedroom, Bunk Room Area with a door to the living room area, and the living area where the pull out couch is located. The view is absolutely breathtaking. There is a king bed in the Master, a queen sofa sleeper in the living room and twin size bunk beds in the hall bunk room area. The unit sleeps 6 people very comfortably. WE ALSO OFFER OTHER UNITS AT THE SUMMIT!!! The artwork has been taken down, the bed is a different bed, no throw pillows and there IS a washer and dryer in the unit. We booked this unit for one week. Pros: The VIEW!! Right on the beach and above the pool. It was amazing. The listing says it does not have a washer and dryer in the unit but it does. The kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils. They included 3 dishwasher packs and 3 pods for the washer. Cons: The bed was terrible. It’s not the bed pictured. Very uncomfortable. The sheets had dirt marks. Only 2 pillows. We found two in the closet but no pillowcases. The bed only had sheets, no comforter. We found 2 twin size blankets in the closet. My husband and I had to use separate blankets. The bathrooms are connected. The toilets are 2ft apart. Creative photos listed. 2 rolls of toilet paper were supplied for our week stay. 6 towels. They were tiny and thin. The bathroom fan is broken. Coffee maker, no coffee. No spices. One roll of paper towels. No sponge. There’s an overwhelming musky smell throughout the unit and mold above the water heater. Maintenance was scheduled without telling us. They pounded on the door repeatedly. Verbal altercation followed. The stay would have been better had we known to bring our own blankets, pillows, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. These things are normally appropriately supplied.
