Picture yourself, if you will, relaxing on the sandy-white beach of a getaway tropical paradise, enjoying the warm Florida sun and the cool ocean breezes--even while you listen to the emerald green Gulf ocean waters lapping against the white-sand shoreline, dotted with colorful seashells. You can make this vacation dream become reality by staying in our family's treasured second home at beautiful Ocean Villa. Unlike the typical larger, high-rise condos in Panama City Beach, low-density Ocean Villa is only 125 units, allowing its 200 feet of sugar-sand beach frontage to be much less crowded than those of most high-rise Panama City Beach condos. Ocean Villa resort features include a pool deck sporting two pools (an indoor/outdoor seasonally heated pool and an additional outdoor pool), hot tub, Pergola-covered barbecue grills (2) and picnic area, and upscale pool furniture. In addition, a sauna, steam room, and oceanfront fitness center, with view overlooking the pools and beach and well-equipped with exercise equipment, are available for use by our Ocean Villa guests. The property was better than what we were expecting. The furniture was nice and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could need, along with some cleaning supplies. The location was fabulous for us. We like a less crowded beach. We walked to Pineapple Willy's one afternoon to get drinks. Plenty of people down that way, if thats what you prefer. The pools had chairs available anytime I wanted! The balcony was very large, and was furnished nicely. The parking garage is a little tight, but I was also driving a larger car. (I also must say, I was driving a new car, that i am not quite used to the size of!) The parking garage across the street had plenty of parking. There is a breezeway that brings you across the street. The condo was clean and large. We loved it here and plan to stay again. ##### April D. Stayed 7 nights in May 2025 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Dana G. Jun 16, 2018 #### This oceanfront condo is outstanding! We loved this spacious, well maintained two bedroom condo. We had two couples staying in the condo, each with a nice size king bedded room and a bathroom for each of us. The balcony was also very spacious and comfortable. We spent most of our time on the beautiful white sand beach under our lounge chairs and umbrella which comes with the condo. We had to pay an extra $100.00 for an additional two chairs and umbrella for the week since we had two couples. It was well worth it! The property is located very close to a large Walmart where we bought all our food and supplies. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future! ##### Dana G. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you might need to cook with, the best I have ever seen. We always come prepared with things from home due to condos in the past not having properly stocked kitchens but that was definitely not an issue here. The air conditioning wasn’t working just right but the property manager responded quickly to our concerns and got someone out to check it the same day. We not only picked a great week to go to PCB but we also picked a great unit to stay in. The unit is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We were on the 12th floor which was great to watch all of the fireworks. As promised, we had everything we needed in the unit. The balcony has a huge table and very comfortable chairs. We spent a lot of time out there. The walk way to the garage was nice. I have stayed at some places that had dirty and smelly walk ways. The pools were perfect for my daughter and mom. My husband and I had chairs on the beach which come with the room. This was one thing I was looking for when we were looking for a place to stay. There is also a store across from the unit we hit up everyday! It is also in walking distance to Shipwrecked. Excellent time had by all. ### 10/10 Excellent #### ANGEL H. We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very clean which is my number one priority. The building and property were also clean. Pool area was very nice. The unit itself had everything we needed including racks and hooks in the bathrooms for hanging swimsuits! The owner was very quick to respond to my questions. The location and large balcony were fantastic! We loved eating breakfast at the little cafe across the street, Sunrise. The appliances were very nice, and the kitchen was well equipped. My one complaint were the towels. They could use an upgrade, and there was exactly 1 towel for each person, so I felt like I was washing them ALL week long.
