Boat: Boat is not available for renters directly (For pictures only). The guts of the house does need some renovations. The breaker blew by the kitchen multiple times, the kitchen sink backed up and the hot tub jets kept blowing the fuse as well. The maintenence man was very nice but he shouldn't have had to come 3 times within 7 days. The neighbors dogs also would relieve themselves in the front and back yards for us to clean up each day. Otherwise my kids loved the kayaks, fishing and swimming when we were there. The inside was very spacious and accommodated the 7 of us well. ##### Jestine R.
