However there were down sides. Water tank for the coffee pot was missing. We had to boil the water and pour it over. The awful foul smell that smacked us in the face when we first opened the door, would knock you down (wet,moldy,musk). We went out and bought fabric sheets and stuck in the vents, bought plug ins to help the smell. The master bedroom was so hot (the air didn’t work). We got in contact with Real Joy and Olivia was the most helpful. She made a house call and came baring gifts of room spray, candle, diffuser to help the stench. She also brought a fan for the master bedroom it helped so much! She bought a card of apologies and a gift card inside to help with expenses we paid to help the smell and paper cost; as the garbage disposal under the sink burst during us cooking dinner and it leaked all over the kitchen floor and under the sink. They quickly found a solution and had a guy out the next day to fix the issue.
