This fully furnished golf villa condo is located in beautiful Edgewater Beach Resort! Villa is located on the 2nd level with no elevator, stairs only. This property is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath deluxe. This unit has been COMPLETELY updated with New: LVP flooring, furniture, lighting, appliances, cabinets, décor and shiplap walls and ceilings for the extra deluxe touch! Main balcony provides your own private electric grill and leads to living room & master suite. The Master Suite has a King size bed and private Master Bathroom which boasts generous tub/shower combo, 2 sink vanity and large walk-in closet. The junior suite has 2 Full beds & access to guest bathroom as well as hallway access to the bathroom. Guest Master Suite provides a King bed, private access to Balcony 2 and private bath. You have to pay vrbo and the other company that handles it. Overall the condo was really nice.
