We invite you to consider our fabulously renovated studio as your personal escape from the everyday. This cozy unit offers guests the sun-soaked simple pleasures of a beach vacation outfitted with all the comforts of home. When you book your stay with us, we are confident that the hardest part of your trip will be when you have to leave to go home. Guests are able to access all areas of the condo. We ask that you make yourself comfortable and be respectful of the home. Please Note: Excessive trash within the home or damage to the home / the contents within will result in penalty fees being assessed. I live nearby and can certainly help if there is need. The walk to the deeded beach access is 6 minutes or hop on the shuttle which ferries guests to the beach access and back again daily from 9am - 5pm from Mar through Oct. Special Notes: • Amenity Wristbands: In the condo on the hooks behind the front door you will find wristbands for your use. Each guest 8 years of age and older will need to wear a wristband to be able to access the following areas: the private beach access through Sunset Beach, The Village tram and the new resort pools at The Village across from Building G. • Beach Access Info: Private beach access for guests residing at The Village is through the Sunset Beach community. From Peddler’s Pavilion (shopping area in front of The Village) turn right onto 30A. You’ll pass High Pointe on your left. The beach access is shortly thereafter on the left side of 30A (directly across from the Seacrest Beach entrance). All guests 8 years of age and older will need to wear wristbands to gain access to the beach through Sunset Beach. • Tram Info: Free tram service to/from The Village and Sunset Beach access is available to all guest(s) of The Village from March to October, 9am-5pm CST. Tram departs from The Village resort pool area every 20 minutes. All guests 8 years of age and older will need to wear wristbands to access the tram. • Beach Service: Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented at the beach. For more information please contact Sea Oats Beach Service. • Propane Grills: Weber propane grills for guest use are located within the pool area. Barbecue tools are kept in the condo in the drawer under the microwave. When using a grill, do not leave it unattended. • Groceries: Need something quick? Just head to Seacrest Sundries at the front of The Village. The closest grocery stores are Publix or Aldi, both are 5 minutes away (by car). From The Village, turn left onto 30A. At traffic light, turn right onto Hwy 98\. Go 2.5 miles, at the traffic light turn left for Publix and right for Aldi. • Laundry: Coin operated washers and dryers for guest use are located on the 1st floor corridor across from the mailboxes • Misc Info: • HVAC unit and ceiling fans are controlled by remotes housed on the wall by the bunkbed. When adjusting room temperature or fan speed on the air conditioning unit you must point the remote at the AC unit. Remotes must be returned prior to departure. • Please be respectful of other guests and owners in residence, quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am • PLEASE NOTE: The Village community does not allow guests to bring in trailers or boats. If traveling with those items arrangements must be made in advance to have them stored off site. Effective 2022 The Village HOA has banned the use of golf carts, scooters and Mokes. Golf carts / low speed vehicles are not allowed in the neighboring areas of Peddler’s Pavilion, Rosemary and Alys Beaches. Within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, pool, tram stop, market, shopping, and Rosemary Beach, etc…. Communication with property manager was excellent and quick replies. Check-in was very easy. Negatives:Sorry but the main bed was so uncomfortable that I needed to get a massage after one night’s sleep and considered going to buy a memory foam topper after the second night but decided upon propping myself up with pillows instead which thankfully they had a lot of. If you like an EXTREMELY” firm mattress you should be good to go.Secondly, the air conditioner is not sufficient. The room never got to a great temperature until the last couple of days when the temperatures drop. There is also NO bathroom ventilation and there is a de-humidifier that we emptied at least 3 times per day even though we kept the blinds and curtains shut the entire time. Third- while there is a full sized refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven, we could never find a cook top. That’s fine e cept I think k the description is deceiving. We found a full set of pots and pans and were so confused that there was no stove. On Thursday of our Saturday yo Saturday stay, we did locate a portable cooktop. I think the description should have portable cooktop and toaster oven listed instead of stove/oven. Overall our stay was good and I hate to complain…first world problems they are not. So much fun to hang out in Peddlers square which has lots of food to choose from and live music outside every night. Tons of shopping nearby and the heated pool was amazing in December! Property managers were easy to deal with and quick to respond. Our room was clean and perfect for our family of 4\. Overall the best part was the location. Would definitely stay again. ##### Katie T. My husband and I picked Rosemary beach for our baby moon and had no plans the entire trip. The condo was in the perfect location for being 34 weeks pregnant. Everything is walking distance! Peddlers was such a cute addition to the complex with coffee, pizza, sweet treats, and bike rentals! The restaurants were phenomenal. The walk or tram to the beach was the perfect distance as well!
