Bch Service Included! Welcome to Calypso 303 West If you are looking for the kind of vacation condo that’s clean and nicely appointed, and on a low floor, this is the one for you. The owners have taken special care to make this Calypso rental a place you'll want to come every year. They’ve done a lot to upgrade this property including a brand-new flat screen TV in the living room, updated flooring, and stainless-steel appliances. There’s high speed wireless internet here so enjoy it wherever you are in the condo. Also, here’s a bonus: because it’s located on the 3rd floor you don’t have to take an elevator once you cross the parking deck because the unit is just two doors down from the bridge that crosses over from the parking deck. Beach service also included during season. Value is $50/day. But let’s talk about what makes this a special place for you. Let’s start with the view! You step out on the balcony, and you get to look at the most beautiful beach in the world. Right here. And there's just the right spot to enjoy you morning coffee and catch a glimpse of the dolphins that play offshore. You’ll want to spend lots of time here. It’s big and comfortable. Please note you will be required to pay $60 per vehicle to register your car, one bedroom units are allowed one car and 2/3 bedrooms are allowed 2. The living area's nice and big. There’s plenty of space for all your beach stuff, but that’s not why you’ll pick this condo. It’s got great views. Plain and simple. Your LIVING ROOM sofa opens up as a queen sleeper. The entertainment center, which is entertaining just to look at. There’s a big TV and it’s equipped with XFINITY so you get lots of channels. But, your eyes will wander to the beach every time. Both your dining area and the kitchen are set up so that you get these terrific views as well. And the kitchen's got everything you need whether you're grabbing a snack or whipping up a gourmet meal. Your MASTER SUITE has a king size bed with a headboard. There’s another big TV here and same cable package located in a giant entertainment center. The BUNK AREA is a kid friendly area for sleeping and a little playing. Perfect for your kids. The LAUNDRY area’s located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze. Condo was nice and clean except the sofa chair was full of sand. Plenty of towels and starter toiletries. Great location to Pier Park and tons of restaurants and shopping. Beachfront! 3rd level was perfect for the parking garage bridge and quick access to stairs cause the elevator was a nightmare. Needs for Tupperware other than that would definitely stay there again. As far as beach wasn’t thrilled with the fact they allow the tents to cover the front of the beach and paying customers are behind them. The unit was in a great location. This is one of our favorite properties to stay at in Panama City! The cons were that the master bedroom needs a new mattress. I didn’t rest good the entire week due to it being broken down. The night before we left the kitchen sink stopped up, and I immediately called maintenance. I didn’t get a returned call, therefore I called back and actually spoke with someone. It was a very nice and cozy place. The only downside we had was there was only lukewarm water in the shower. Any colder it would be a cold shower. We called someone several times and was told someone would come out to fix it , but no one ever did. We had a small issue before heading down but the group was already working on fixing the issue. Unfortunately it was not able to fixed quickly. But the group was quick to work with us and made the stay worth it. Even the owner reached out at one point. Great room, great location. No need to worry about elevators, and the room comes with chairs. Easily one of our favorite places we have stayed in PCB. ##### John O. Wonderful view and location and the pool(s) were so nice to be in, you still feel like you’re sitting on the beach while enjoying swimming in non-salt water. Minor flaws with the property like broken remote, door handle, small amounts of scuffing/dust on some of the walls but overall felt clean and comfortable. We had 5 guests and everyone was fairly comfortable although if you’re a sensitive sleeper maybe save the bunks and pull out for kids/teens. Thanks for a great place to stay! ##### Kaylene K. The calypso was nice and had someone in the lobby 24/7 which was great to have access to. My only complaint comes from Best Neach Getaway. We tried to stay an extra night -bc we were having a great time and loved the place. We had tried to contact them the day before to book. It was clearly available but couldn’t get a response the day before checkout. When we did get someone on the phone the day of check out, she initially says “yes this unit is available. We can book” then comes back and says we can’t do same day booking…I ask to speak to someone in charge bc I’m just not understanding why nobody wants to take my money for an extra night and end up on the phone w Mark-who they say is some sort of manager. I go to introduce myself and the situation and he cuts me off and says “ yea I know we can’t do it” I then try to ask why and explain I am wanting to pay but he cuts me off again and tells me “no I don’t have to listen to this, I’m not going to argue” he was very rude and clearly not interested in any customer service at all. He also hung up on me as I was trying to ask him a question regarding how could I have gotten an extra night added. Apparently he doesn’t want to make money for this company.
