The walk to the beach and ocean is so close it’s unbelievable and convenient for all ages. The unit is fully furnished with beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and even toys. Beach chair rentals are also available. The units kitchen has everything appliance you can think and is fully stocked. The beds are comfy and the rooms are very clean. I will mention that the patio photos are not entirely accurate, the wrap around bar table ledge is no longer there, but there were stand alone bar tables instead...still nice, just thought i would mention, since i noticed the difference immediately. It is a very nicely updated property with everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation. Beds are comfortable along with the furniture. The location is incredible as it is a 1st floor property located steps from the beach access point, close parking, and close to the grills. The wrap around deck was my personal favorite as it was like you are sitting on the beach with a VIP sunset view every night. Michael was incredible with communication from beginning to end. It was our first time at Pinnacle Port and we loved how bikeable the area was with the Carillon neighborhood. The condo we rented met all our needs for this family of four. Well stocked, clean and comfortable. The first floor location was right on the beach and a 5 minute walk to set up our tent oceanfront. We enjoyed our evenings on the patio watching the sun go down and listening to the waves roll in. Michael is a great host, always available and he provided lots of detailed information about the condo, local activities and restaurants. We visited Pier Park a couple of times having an abundance of dinning and shopping opportunities, it was just a short drive from the condo. The beach was great and one of the best we have been to in quite a while. A fun vacation, we would certainly rent from Michael if we visit PCB again.
