This gorgeous vacation home is on the south side (beach side) of 30a, and is the 4th house back from the Gulf (40 yards from the beach stairs). This gated subdivision has only 35 homes, which allows for low density private beach access. A set of chairs with cocktail table and umbrella are provided on the beach for our guests. “Dune Alright” is a 5-bedroom+, 5 ½ bath vacation home with over 3,100 square feet. It is a 3-level private home with an office and media room. Beautiful tile floors throughout. It includes Free high speed wireless internet and has flat screen TVs in all bedrooms. The main floor has a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, 48' Sub-Zero Refrigerator, Wolf Double Convection Oven, Wolf 5 Burner Gas Cook Top, Microwave and Ice Maker. The open floor plan makes entertaining easy with a handmade reclaimed oak dining room table for ten, and a counter area that seats four. Relax in front of the 60-inch flat-screen TV with surround sound in the family room. A powder room is located just off the foyer. Stroll out back to the porch and patio area and enjoy a private pool that includes a 6-foot diameter in-pool lounging area (NOT A HOT TUB - even though it has jets that look like one) and has a state-of-the-art(saline) non chlorinated cleaning system. Bask in the Florida sun poolside, or take a short 40-yard stroll down a lovely landscaped, palm tree lined path to the beach stairs to enjoy the beautiful white sandy beach. This home has 3 master suites. The first-floor master is a large bedroom with a king bed and a private bathroom with a granite counter. Strategically located away from the family room, this suite provides both privacy and convenience. Its location on the main floor makes it especially nice for anyone with reduced mobility concerns. The main master bedroom on the second floor is unbelievable! This large bedroom with king bed has a private porch that overlooks the pool & spa, an expansive bathroom with granite counter-tops, double vanities, soaking tub, and shower with bench. Attached to this bedroom is a private office that overlooks the pool. This office is multi-functional, as it can be used as a quiet reading space, work area, or nursery/young child's sleeping area. The other second floor master has a king bed, and is also spacious and has a private deck with gulf view. The bathroom has granite double vanities and large shower. For the kids there is a Bunk room on this floor with 2 sets of Twin over Full Size Bunk Beds, that will accommodate four kids. It has its own private bathroom. A full-sized dedicated laundry room with extra-large capacity front loading washer/dryer is on this level. The 3rd Floor features a bedroom with two queen beds and a semi-private bathroom with a double vanity. There is also a media room with a 46” flat panel TV. There is a wet bar adjacent to the media room with a sink and mini-refrigerator. There are two large furnished decks on the 3rd floor which provide great views of the gulf and make a great spot to have a cocktail and watch the sun set over the beach. The gated community provides privacy and serenity for a relaxing vacation, yet is conveniently located within a 3-minute walk to Rosemary Beach restaurants, shops, and spa. There is a 17-mile walk/bike path located just outside our entrance, and fishing, sailing and kayaking are also available locally. The Publix food store is only about a 5-minute car ride east on 98\. The new outdoor shopping area in Panama City, called Pier Park, is a 10-minute drive east on 98\. Pier Park has numerous restaurants and stores, and a new state-of-the-art movie cinema. Seaside is 7 miles west, and the Sandestin Outlet Mall, Silver Sands, is about 20 miles west. 'Dune Alright' is a custom designed, professionally decorated, and well-equipped home to make your vacation relaxing and memorable. The home is very close to the beach. The home itself is very spacious and has a bathroom per every bedroom which is nice. The kitchen is very well equipped and the home was clean. Overall it was great, there were a few spots that needed tending to, such as, some dirty spots on the couch which the management company sent someone out immediately to clean. Best beach house ever! The three master bedrooms and separate media room were perfect for our 3 families with kids ages 3-15\. The owners have thought of everything--down to baby monitors and a stocked spice rack. The house is in a secluded neighborhood, only steps to the private beach walkout, has a gourmet kitchen, surround sound, pool & hot tub--all make this home perfect for a week away. The house was very clean, well stocked, and awesome location. It accommodate 6 kids and 6 adults Perfectly. We could easily walk to many restaurants including Rosemary Beach Main Street which is our fav. The boardwalk to the beach was just out the back gate and just a couple minutes to the private beach. The pool was nicely heated and we spent so much time swimming. Great communication from the owner and from De. We would definitely stay here again! ##### Sara M. Dune Alright is a beautiful, well kept property. We loved the quiet neighborhood, and close proximity to the beach and gorgeous hom . The paved and lit pathway to the beach lined with palms was so quaint. We loved Dune Alright’s pool and hot tub to let the kids play at the house. The family room gave us a spacious place to hang out as a family and I loved that we could eat all together at the large dining room table and bar. We had 3 couples and 5 kids and had plenty of room. It’s really a beautiful home, and very comfortable beds! We also loved how close we were to downtown Rosemary, walkable distance to great dining and shops and restaurants. We loved biking around on the paved sidewalks up and down 30A. This was our first time to Rosemary beach area and Dune Alright was the perfect location! ##### Katie G. Highly recommend Dune Alright Our group of 3 families rented Dune Alright for a week in April 2021\. This place exceeded our expectations in almost every way! It is a gorgeous house with high quality furnishings, has plenty of space for everyone, and is in a spectacular location in Seacrest Beach, steps away from Rosemary. We loved the heated pool, the TV room on the third floor for the kids, and the well-equipped and spacious kitchen. The private beach is beautiful and has powdery white sand that squeaks when you walk on it. We utilized the chair rental company (La Dolce Vita) to add more chair setups for our group, and also had them set up a nighttime bonfire to make s'mores and watch the sun set. Overall a spectacular vacation, great communication from the property managers, and worth every penny. We would love to go back! ##### Kerry W.
