DETAILS: Experience an exceptional Panama City Beach escape at Sunset Villa—perched across from the Gulf’s sugar-soft shores. Comfortably accommodating 18 guests, this pet-friendly beach abode boasts 7 bedrooms, 8 full bathrooms, and 2 half baths. Indulge in luxurious days sunbathing by the private pool, playing in the frothy surf, and exploring local favorites like nearby Thomas Donut & Snack Shop.  
  
A sophisticated beach aesthetic defines the first level of this 3-story home, outfitted with tile floors and a convenient mudroom. Grab a drink from the wet bar, kick back to watch TV in the sitting area, or play card games at the 6-seat round table. A refrigerator by the sliding glass doors offers easy access to chilled fresh fruit and other snacks. In the enclosed backyard, cool off in the pool, equipped with a sun shelf, or stretch out on the sun loungers. Beneath the elegant pergola, find an outdoor kitchen, fireplace, TV, dining table, and cushioned seating. There’s plenty of yard space for pets or children to play and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after jaunts to the beach. At bedtime, retire to either of the 2 guest bedrooms—the first has a comfortable king bed and the second a plush queen bed.  
  
Tantalizing Gulf views welcome guests to the main living spaces on the second level. Share a fresh seafood dinner at the beautiful 8-seat table, with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar in the fully equipped chef’s kitchen. Points forts : Propreté

We loved the location and access to everything, especially the ocean just across street - and views were excellent. Rooms were nice size and individual baths were a huge plus! Outside area was very nice with the added tv/outdoor kitchen. Pool was cold most of the time which we did not expect with temps in low 90’s during the day and upper 60’s to low 70’s at night, so we did not use as much as we would have liked to. Beds and pillows were comfortable and all rooms were clean. We would consider staying here again. Thank you for the beautiful vacation.
