January month 1499 February month 1499 The Summit is one of the best resorts in Panama City Beach and is the perfect place to bring your family on vacation! Not only are there exciting activities onsite, but the Summit is located within walking distance of many strip malls, great restaurants, and amusement parks. There is fun for everyone! Watch the dolphins play from your own private balcony overlooking two large swimming pools(1 heated)as well as the beautiful white sand beaches of Panama City Beach. There is easy access to the beach from the pools. You will also find three very inviting hot tubs. The condo has a master bedroom with a king-size bed, Smart TV, Wireless Internet, 1.5 bathrooms. There is a sectional sofa in the living area and two bunks built into the wall. The condo sleeps 5 people. Free WiFi Bring additional towels and wash cloths if you like using a different one every day. We rent weekly based on a Saturday to Saturday week only with exception to December January and February. The cleaning crew could have done a better job upon our arrival. We had to clean the whole condo again when we arrived. Sand, dirt, hair and food in the sink. Bathtub was clogged. It they came to fix it. The door knob and key needs some attention, sometimes it took 2 minutes to open or lock it. The condo was well stocked with plates, bowls and other utensils. Had an issue with bathroom lights and toilet however, Jeff notified maintenance immediately. My son loved the pools! They were working on the exterior lights when we were there so the pools closed at dusk but that should be resolved soon. Our family will very likely stay here again. ##### Landon A. However when we got there, there was sand all over the floor and in the bedsheets. Not sure what I paid a cleaning fee for if that’s the level of clean the next guests get. It was the dingiest place I’ve ever stayed. There wasn’t even a dish rag just a well used sponge and about 10 drops of dish soap I had to add water to, to be able to wash dishes. No trash bags just wal mart bags. Positives - the balcony was wonderful and had a gorgeous view. The summit is a big building with over 400 units but there weren’t big condos on either side so you could walk a little bit to avoid the crowd. We ended up leaving a day early bc I couldn’t spend 1 more night at the dirty condo. I called and texted owner with no response. ##### Brittney R. Vent over the stove is rusted with the paint peeling. Appliances were nice and couch was too. Sliding glass door was broken when we arrived but they came and replaced it during our stay. No washer or dryer. Kitchen is the size of a closet. Mildew on the ceiling in the bathroom. People smoking weed out on the balcony all day. Dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived. No rail for the top bunk. Trash in the hot tub. Elevators were overcrowded. The owner seems like a nice person. ##### Jordan A.
