Enjoy emerald-blue waters from the comfort of the private balcony with a cup of morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Enjoy all the comforts of home such as a well-equipped kitchen, expansive living area, and tasteful decor. When the sun comes up, head outside and spend the day on the sundeck, by the shared pool, or get a workout in at the shared fitness facility. When the sun dips below the horizon, watch the famous colors of the sunset from the hot tub before heading back to home base for a home-cooked meal.

Panama City has something to offer for everyone. Take a serene walk through Saint Andrews State Park and experience a unique view of the Gulf from the jetty. For a day trip down the coast, Pier Park is where you will find favorite shopping spots, restaurants, and beach activities galore! There are several other popular attractions including the Aerial Adventure Park, Walkin’ On Water paddleboards, Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf and Grand IMAX Theater. Plus, you can rent a few bicycles and explore the coastline to find your own favorite spots!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

A Getaway

We love staying at Seychelles and on Thomas Drive. Our stay was good except for the bed. The bed is not comfortable and needs to be replaced.

Vacation for first timers!

We’ve been to PCB before! This was our 2nd year staying at Seychelles and we love it! I brought along some family to enjoy the experience with! They loved it despite the double red flags on the beach all week!! Can’t wait until next June!!

perfect location

2 adults and 3 kids (ages 12, 10, and 5). Mattress in bedroom is comfortable. We ended up putting bunk mattresses on the living room floor along with the sleep sofa mattress. Big tv with netflix option. Water pressure in showers is good. Dryer doesn't seem to work very well but we just air dried our clothes. Kitchen was stocked well for our needs. We bought better dish soap. Elevator wait times were not bad at all. You cannot beat the location. Schooner's is literally right beside the pool. So a 2 hr wait time was nothing as we just put our name on the list and they called/texted when table was ready...we chilled at the pool. Our dolphin tour was just a few blocks from condo. Patches Pub is also just walking distance from condo. PLENTY of Beach chairs/umbrellas. Jet skis also rented at condo. Crabbing at night was the perfect family experience...and free! Any imperfections in unit were likely caused from guests who didn't respect others' belongings. Very happy with our stay!

This place look better than the photos! It was so big and I loved the layout. That balcony was just too gorgeous. I loved that it was quiet and the ocean was so close, I could almost touch it. It was truly a lovely experience and I can't wait to go back!

The location is great if you want to stay away from the traffic of Pier Park. The actual bedroom is small with what seems like a double bed. It was fine since we were not in the room except to sleep. The place was clean and had a nice view. The bunk beds in the hallway were fine for younger kids around 12.

Just a couple little tweaks to a great stay

The property was accurately advertised (as pictured). The location is great. There were just a couple small things that should be addressed. The mattress on the bed is horrible and should be replaced. The kitchen faucet leaks. And finally, the initial impression of the property isn’t good because there is a very musty odor just inside the door. If those things were addressed, the property would be near perfect!
