Located on the infamous frontbeach road which has plenty of eateries and shopping within walking distance. A short drive to Aaron Beseant Park which made for an easy commute Seabreeze Jazz Festival. We enjoyed the amenities both on and offsite. Checking-in and Checking-out was hassel-free. Lastly, the staff at Emerald Beach Resort were amazing; very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. ##### Stacey H. Phone calls went unanswered and no emails were sent to us on entry codes, etc. Finally heard from new mgmt team Book That Condo and all went sort of ok until we tried to gain entry using their code which didn’t work. After waiting an hour and trying multiple codes we got into the condo. Don’t know what happened to Brian Forehand mgmt but they should be blackballed from ever using Vrbo or any agency.
