Nestled in a serene well-positioned community located between Alys & Rosemary Beach to the east and Watersound and Seaside to the west, this home is designed for both comfort and style, providing an unforgettable getaway experience.  
  
As you enter the property, you are greeted by an open concept living space adorned with comfortable neutral decor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. \- Street Legal 6 person golf cart (with signed waiver - must be 25 to operate)  
\- Bikes are popular on 30A! Should you decide to rent some, a discount code to a local bike shop will be provided with your arrival     information
