It is the top floor with amazing views of the lo. The pool was exceptionally clean and there was plenty of security. There was a snack restaurant at the pool that had great food. There was also a bar that had refreshing drinks. Just off the pool was a coffee/donut/ ice cream shop. We spent a majority of our time on the beach and the access was very easy. We enjoyed being on the top floor, and the elevators honestly weren’t too bad. I had asked before I booked the place if we could have one extra guest and they said it was ok and I could go ahead and book. I double checked before checking in that there would be the correct number of wristbands and they said they would be ready for us on the counter. We were missing a wristband and I emailed about this and they said they do not remember communicating about allowing an extra guest and asked me to send proof. After I sent screenshots of the messages they never answered my email. I even emailed again the next day because we still needed the extra wristband and they never responded.
