This newly renovated beachfront condo offers over 1,100 sq. ft. of coastal comfort with stunning Gulf views. With 2 bedrooms, a cozy bunk room, and 3 bathrooms, this spacious retreat comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Relax on the private balcony, enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, and take advantage of resort amenities like the lagoon-style pool, hot tubs, and private beach access. Primary Renter Requirements: The primary renter must be at least 21 years old and stay in the unit throughout the reservation. Guests may be required to present valid ID upon arrival or during their stay. Renting for another party is strictly prohibited. Like to golf? Signal Hill Golf Course is very close by. For the less serious golfer, there are multiple places to play miniature golf in the area. Also, there is now a poolside food hut and 1 poolside tiki bar! The food hut offers shrimp boil, pizza, salads, sandwiches, and kids’ meals. There is also an inside coffee/donut/ice cream shop in the lobby area. There are poolside lockers for guests to purchase for storing valuables when swimming. This was a beautiful property that was recently renovated. It is the top floor with amazing views of the lo. The pool was exceptionally clean and there was plenty of security. There was a snack restaurant at the pool that had great food. There was also a bar that had refreshing drinks. Just off the pool was a coffee/donut/ ice cream shop. We spent a majority of our time on the beach and the access was very easy. We enjoyed being on the top floor, and the elevators honestly weren’t too bad. I had asked before I booked the place if we could have one extra guest and they said it was ok and I could go ahead and book. I double checked before checking in that there would be the correct number of wristbands and they said they would be ready for us on the counter. We were missing a wristband and I emailed about this and they said they do not remember communicating about allowing an extra guest and asked me to send proof. After I sent screenshots of the messages they never answered my email. I even emailed again the next day because we still needed the extra wristband and they never responded. We had to buy an extra wristband, which wasn’t the end of the world but I wish they would have answered my emails. ##### Abigayle R.
