This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. You will be stunned by the views from the 7th floor balcony which over looks the most spectacular view of the 14,000 square foot Lagoon style pool, one of the largest pools in Florida with fountains, 2 Tiki bars ( 1 of which is a food bar) & a huge star shaped hot tub all surrounded by tropical landscaping. In addition to the amazing outdoor pool there is also a large indoor heated pool with a hot tub. Not to mention the beautiful white sandy beach & emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico rated one of the best in the world & this is all for your enjoyment from the 7th floor balcony. The unit has two bedrooms, and a bonus bunk room & 3 full baths. The King Size Master Suite features comfortable bedding, an HD flat screen, and well appointed private bath with tub/ shower. The Queen Suite also has a large HDTV and full bath with tub/shower. The bunk room features twin/twin bunks, a TV, and also has its own private bath & shower. Living Room has a queen size sleeper sofa, plenty of seating, and a large flat screen TV. The Kitchen is beautifully appointed with granite counter tops 4 bar stools and a 4 place dining table. There's plenty of pots, pans, dishes, and silverware for all of your cooking needs. We have all the comforts of home including a full size washer & dryer. This unit is beautifully furnished & decorated. The floors are high end wood grain vinyl plank, no carpet. There are two Reserved Parking Spaces on the 7th floor, side by side, which means NO elevators as you load & unload your vehicle. For your convenience, we have a keypad on the entry door - no key cards. The Shores Of Panama has everything you could want or need in a resort. We are conveniently located across the street from a Wal-Mart Super Center and liquor store. Next door to Pineapple Willy's Restaurant with live music & dancing. PW is one of the most popular places on Panama City Beach. Waffle House is also right next door. Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum, Go Carts, and other family activities all within walking distance. Pier Park is a very short drive away offers great shopping, dining and exciting night life. NOT all units are equal at Shores of Panama!!! The parking and arm bands are not included in the price of the condo.. it was 100.00 for bands and parking pass.. It was nice to have a set parking spot. But the garage is narrow and hard to navigate when alot of people are coming and going. The elevators take forever and its just as easy if your going down to go ahead and go up and then back down bcs they fill up quickly.. The room was nice..only downfall is if your going to be there for a few days not much storage for food.. We did have to go to the store for trash bags and toilet paper bcs there was 1 roll in each bathroom. The view is really nice. The pool was amazing.. The ocean was a lil rough but not gonna lie was alot of fun with a boogie board. We did buy our own! Which if your looking for any kind of pool or beach toys ( there are none ) As far as convenience to local shopping. Alot of things like walmart are close and surf shops are right across the street. food is amazing.. but be prepares for price shock.
