This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. Inside, you'll find the living room to be very comfortable with an amazing gulf view. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare meals for the family. The master bedroom has a king size bed with attached private bathroom, the bunk room has a twin size bed with trundle and also attached to a second full bathroom, and there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area, This condo has reserved parking on the same floor. You have an uninterrupted view of the Gulf of Mexico from our balcony and living room. As a guest of Vacations Perfected you receive 1 free daily activity provided by Xplorie, our 3rd party activity partner. Your choice of: Dave & Buster's ($20 free gameplay), SkyWheel at Pier Park (one ticket), WonderWorks, or Island Time Sailing Dolphin Cruise (seasonal). \*\*not included for guests staying over 27 days. This is a $125 value, free for our guests. The Shores Of Panama was created to be more like a Resort than just another condo along the beach with a spa for wonderful massages & a fitness room to keep your exercise routine in place as you enjoy your vacation. Also, everything you could want or need off the beach is only a short distance away. We are conveniently located across the street from a Wal-Mart Super Center and liquor store. Next door to Pineapple Willy's Restaurant with live music & dancing. PW is one of the most popular places on Panama City Beach. Waffle House is also right next door. Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum, Go Carts, and other family activities all within walking distance. Pier Park is a very short drive away offers great shopping, dining, and exciting nightlife. Check-in is at 4:00 pm / Check-out is at 10:00 am. Registered guest occupying the condo must be 25 or older. Registered guest must complete the rental agreement which requires a credit/debit card be placed on file to protect the condo against damages. No pets. No smoking. Amenities are not included (wristbands and parking permit). Overall, it was clean but could use a deep clean on the baseboards and bottoms of doors in the secondary bathroom. The master shower curtain had some mold on it and is in need of being changed out. Overall, it was clean and exactly as described in the description. The week we went it was not very crowded however, the elevators were still a bit of a nightmare. Being on the 6th floor was nice as we primarily used the stairs but with kids, they often didn’t want to walk up them after a long day of play, due to being exhausted. The parking garage is very narrow and tight. The parking spaces are small but we were able to maneuver our suburban in and out by being cautious. It was not built with larger vehicles in mind. I had read reviews on the actual property of Shores of Panama before going regarding the parking garage, elevators and staff. The encounters we had with most of the staff was great! I wouldn’t say that the other encounters with other staff members was bad, they just had a dry personality but that is expected everywhere you go. You aren’t always going to get a great personality from everyone you come in contact with. The pool staff were the ones who were the friendliest. Overall we had a great time! ##### Chelsey Y. The hot tub was crammed full of kids and when staff said something the parents of the kids would say “they are fine”. Parent problem, not a hotel problem. Condo was great size and laid out well. Big issue was the bed in master. It was so uncomfortable. We dreaded going to bed. I almost bought a memory foam topper just for stay. Thought about sleeping on couch. It was rough. Other than that the view was amazing. Water was clear and weather was beautiful. ##### Kaytie H. Condo was clean and As Shown online. Within walking distance for lots of entertainment or just to relax at hot tub/pool. Beach Entry and Beach front was awesome. Perfect amount of space for the 4 of us. Beautiful uninterrupted view of the beach. One of the patio chairs was broken upon our arrival, but the property manager took care of it right away and got us a new one. Also, super huge plus bring right next door to Pineapple Willy’s! This location seemed to be the only one in my price range that had a resort style pool overlooking the beach. It was great to sit at the pool and be able to easily walk down to the beach so that I didn't need to lug a bunch of stuff through the sand. The room (630) was fantastic and was more than enough room for my partner and me. We spent a lot of time on the spacious balcony overlooking all of the beach action. We are already gathering a group to join us next time. It was nice to have a restaurant/bar next door and groceries within walking distance. There wasn't much else to walk to but we were there for the beach, not the shopping and activities which were all within a 5 to 10 minute short drive. It's my understanding that each unit is individually owned and managed so please read reviews for your specific room, not the property. ##### Sabrina S. This condo not only had a beautiful ocean view but it was also clean, tastefully decorated & had everything we could have needed. In the mornings my kids and I would sit out on the balcony and dolphin watch while I had my coffee ❤️ The check in process was kind of a pain & the parking spot was too tight to fit (I drive a Mazda mx9 so not big) when there was a car in the spot next to it. However, it wasn’t anything that would keep me from staying here again. The location is great. The pool area is fantastic. We will definitely be back. ##### Jennifer C.
