The condo features new appliances, vinyl plank flooring, mattresses, tv's and water heater. Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit. This vacation rental features: 2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom The Master bedroom is truly its own retreat. You will find a King bed, with new furnishings and high-end linens. This bedroom sleeps 2\. The guest bedroom has a Queen Bed and sleeps 2\. There is also a pullout sofa in the living room if additional sleeping space is necessary. This room will sleep 2\. Our unit has a drip coffee machine and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Maximum Guest Occupancy: 6 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.) Parking: You may purchase only one parking pass for this unit. If you have more than 1 vehicle, you will need to park off-site (details below). Required Guest Registration All guests must pre-register online to purchase your parking pass(es) and amenity wristbands (RFID). After booking, we'll send you a unit-specific registration link. Upon arrival, you must stop by the onsite concierge upon arrival to pick up your packet. Additional Parking Notes Motorcycles: Park in the 15-minute zone near the main entrance. Small trailers: Allowed only on the 12th floor of the garage. Offsite Parking Options If you're bringing an additional vehicle, you'll need to park any additional vehicles in public beach lots nearby.
