A large open-concept floor plan spread across two levels allows for maximum enjoyment among all guests. It features two Great Rooms, one on Level 1 next to the pool area featuring a wet bar with sink and ice maker and the other on Level 2 - there is plenty of room to spread out. We chose to heat the pool, and I’m so glad we did. The kids were in the water from morning to night!The common area with the bunk beds was ideal for the kids who traveled with us. They loved having their own space. The home is just a short walk to the beach, which made beach days super easy and convenient.The location is on the quieter end of PCB, away from Pier Park and most of the touristy stuff. That worked perfectly for relaxing days by the pool or on the beach. Just be aware that if you’re planning to explore more of Panama City Beach, traffic can make it about a 30-minute drive.Andy was fantastic—quick to respond and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Our only suggestion would be to add a few more hooks inside and outside the home for hanging bath and beach towels. Lots of space for our group of 6 adults and 4 kids. The huge kitchen island was great for food prep without being in each other’s way. Well furnished with lots of plates, utensils, cookware, paper towels and bathroom supplies. TVs in every room, and a nice size pool and patio area. Only thing we could have used more of was coffee mugs . The beach access is a really short walk and the rental came with a wagon and a few chairs/umbrellas. Hope to come back next year! ##### Luca V.
