Nestled right in the heart of Panama City Beach. This stunning 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom single-family home offers comfort, style, and convenience for an unforgettable beach vacation.  
  
As you enter through the main entrance located under the carport, you'll step into the inviting bunk room and flex space, perfect for accommodating extra guests or providing a cozy spot for kids to unwind after a day of adventures. Continuing down the hallway, you'll find the laundry area to your right, making it easy to keep your beach towels and swimsuits fresh throughout your stay. Further down the hall, the space opens up into an expansive open-concept dining area and fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals for your family and friends.  
  
To the left of the kitchen, you'll discover the luxurious primary bedroom featuring a comfortable king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of sun and surfing. At the backside of the living room, you'll find two more inviting bedrooms, each furnished with cozy queen-sized beds, providing ample space for rest and relaxation. Across from the bedroom on the left side, you'll find a shared bathroom with a convenient shower and tub combo.  
  
Step outside into the backyard oasis, completely fenced in for privacy and perfect for kids and pets to play safely. Relax and unwind on the shaded patio area, complete with a patio table and grill, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals with loved ones. Venture out to the pool deck, where you'll find patio chairs, loungers, and an outside sectional, creating the perfect setting for soaking up the Florida sunshine or enjoying evening cocktails under the stars. With parking space available for two cars under the carport and an additional 1-2 cars on the street,  
  
Seazing Sunset offers convenience and ease for your transportation needs. For your convenience, starter sets of mini toiletries, along with paper towels and toilet paper, are provided at the beginning of your stay. Please note that these items are not restocked during your visit. While linens, bath towels, and kitchen essentials are provided, guests are encouraged to bring their own beach towels and extra toiletries. Please refrain from using the provided white towels and linens outside and utilize the washer and dryer for any necessary cleaning.  
Additionally, guests are responsible for replenishing items such as toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap as needed.
