We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities who offer long term parking options in their lots. \- Minimum age to rent the home is 25. \- Golf carts are no permitted in Seacrest. \- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that are under 30 lbs and non- shedding. They must also be house trained. If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding! \- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. Group of 16 including an infant, 8 and 12 year olds, teens and adults. Location is excellent, well-decorated and spacious house, close to beach and pool. Loved having the bikes to get around. Rooftop deck is a vibe, so relaxing. Yummy food at the Seacrest community pool. Beautiful sunsets. Otherwise, the property was fine. We have stayed in quite a few properties in the area and this is not one we will come back to.
