A Large Terrace with Magnificent Views is Accessible Off the Living Room, Complete Electronics Package with Flat Screen Televisions and DVD's. Can easily Accommodate 5 People. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit. Sterling Breeze is located right on the beach, with a large gulf-front, overflow edge pool (seasonally heated), whirlpool spa, and a firepit. There is a poolside internet café and wine bar, state of the art 24-hour fitness center, free high speed internet access, and on property covered parking.
