This lovely Seachase condominium boasts 1,400 square feet of living space with 2 gulf front master suites, one on each end of the unit and a pull-out sofa in the living room. Each bedroom has a King bed and its own full bathroom and spacious walk-in closet. The generous sized, gulf front living/dining area and kitchen are located in the center of the unit. It has a fully equipped kitchen with range oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, microwave, and a full-sized washer and dryer. Every room has floor-to-ceiling windows, totaling 60 feet of wall-to-wall views of the gulf. Watch the beautiful sunsets while relaxing on your large, private balcony. (Please note, the living room & master bedroom's vertical blinds have been removed and updated with curtains.) The condo was super clean. The owner was extremely responsive. It had all the basics. The view was absolutely breathtaking. Most beaches are packed with people, but the beach at the Seachase is so serene. This room is great for traveling adult couples. However the unit itself is very, very dated and somewhat rundown. The shower diverter didn't work well; the kitchen cabinets are worn and don't close well and there is the old electric coil stove. Reviewer Comments: There was no blinds in the living area which made it difficult to stay cool the temperature never would get below 73 degrees and we are used to 70 degrees at our house. Aug 7, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### I would definitely stay here again The location is perfect! The view is fabulous & the beach wasn’t crowded. Suggestions we would make: replace the mattress in the bedroom with 2 sinks. The tub doesn’t drain well in that bathroom. Maintenance contacted us 1st to resolve the problem which was great customer service so it must be ongoing. Maybe put drain cleaner down there every other guest to help. The closet with beach stuff was nice to have. A tent & couple of beach chairs would be a great enhancement to what’s already there. The beach chairs on beach are nice. If you rent them there is a discount for multiple days. We loved the floor to ceiling windows with both bedrooms having a gulf view king size bed. The balcony is very nice. It could use a table for the high chairs & a ceiling fan would helpful when the sun is blazing that way. There were 3 of us so lots of room to have your own space. It would be a great place for 2 couples to vacation at. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to PCB! ##### Pam O. Reviewer Comments: This was my third time staying here . My second stay in this unit . We have always loved staying here . Only complaints was no blinds in the living space and the blinds did not work in the bedrooms and were falling apart .I was told that it was due to the damage from the last hurricane and that they needed to be replaced. We had no privacy in the bedrooms . People on the beach could see in. My sister had to sleep in the living room with no blinds . I would not stay in this unit again unless the blinds were replaced. Popcorn was on the bed spreads from who ever stayed last . I missed the manager being in the office downstairs like in the past .
