It features 6 bedrooms, 6 full and 2 half bathrooms, and sleeps 20 people. It features a private heated\* pool, direct access to the beach, and is perfect for your beach getaway. As you walk in the front door, you are greeted with a small living room area complete with high top table and stools, sectional couch and flat screen TV. Down the hallway is your kitchenette area with refrigerator and sink plus a 1/2 bathroom on the side. This makes it more convenient to pop right in off the beach and grab a snack or just to take a break. The second floor has a great open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen/dining area with seating for 10 guests, and a cozy living room with a flat screen TV. Guests can enjoy this space while looking out the full windows and glass doors at the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. On the outside deck you will find the pool and a lounge seating area perfect for watching the waves and relaxing. Down the hall there is a half bathroom and two bedrooms with their own private full bathrooms and flat screen TV's, one is a queen over king bunk bedroom and the other is a king room. Head up to the third floor and you will find enough sleeping for 12 guests. On the north side of the home you will see a king-sized bedroom with a tub/shower combination bathroom in the attached bathroom and across from the hall is a queen over king bunk bed room. Just outside this bedroom is a full bathroom and a twin bunk bed nook, each with its own flat screen TV overhead. There are two master bedrooms on the beach side of the home, one queen and one king. Each of these rooms has their own personal bathroom, a flat screen TV, and best of all, direct access to a furnished glass balcony overlooking the ocean. The master suite, specifically, features a large bathroom with a double vanity and large walk-in shower. A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF: Your pool is heated! We aren't talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay. \*If you are interested in making any of our luxury homes part of your event planning, please know that there is an additional fee associated. A credit card is required to be put on file. Some other important items to remember: No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted. No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia. Age Requirements: The primary guest must be 25 or older and must occupy the property for the entire stay, including overnight and whenever guests under 25 are present. For every three guests aged 24 or younger, at least one parent or guardian (25+) must be present and staying at the property. Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund. Management reserves the right to inspect the property at any time. Listings / Pricing: All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. There are six bedrooms (two with large bunkbeds) plus the bunk area in the upstairs hallway. The beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. The pool is small but the heating works well and the kids had a blast. The kitchen is large and well equipped with dishes and cooking equipment, including two blenders. I did wish salt and pepper etc were there because it felt such a shame to have to buy it and then throw it away. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. Had everything we needed in a beach house! And the views were just beautiful! Perfect house, perfect location, and blessed with perfect weather. If I had any constructive feedback to give, it would be that the living room furniture is too small for 6”3 men and too small really for more than six people to be comfortable. The location was ideal, no traffic and beautiful beach! Plenty of bedrooms, very comfortable beds, places to gather or be apart, if wanted. The kitchen was spacious for lots of snacking and cooking, and the living room(s) were also big enough to have different football games on TV along with jigsaw puzzle and conversation. I would suggest the owner supplying simple items like a multi surface cleaner, more than 1 dishwasher pod and paper towel roll. Also some extra toilet paper would’ve been nice. Jul 16, 2017 #### Perfect family vacation steps from the beach Exceeded our expectation! The house is high end, there isint anything that you will need that isn't there. In total there was 14 of us which included 7 kids under 12, there are tv!s in every room including bunks, the down stairs was a great place fior the kids to hang, giving the their own kitchen, bath and game board area.... and the adults some pease and quiet! This is a three story house so you will never feel confined and the back porch off the master upstairs is a great getaway Publix and winn dixie close, The beach is so much quieter at Laguna, your beach chair attendent is there on time and couldnt be nicer. The management company is the best i have ever used, they truely understand customer service. Tyler was always there for us. Dont hesitate to rent SeaSalt it is worth every penny! ##### Patricia H. Plenty of sleeping areas, loved the bed/bath ratio, fully stocked kitchen, upstairs balcony area was quaint, logistics were perfect for our needs. The negatives were: dishwasher didn’t work the whole time we were there, we hand washed until it was fixed (day before we left), the alarm attached to the middle level w/ pool (also the main access to beach) goes off w/in seconds of opening, we had someone stay at the button to push it keeping it from alarming the whole time trying to simply get out the door. I wish they would have mentioned Beach construction would have been going on during our stay. We had 2 days of clear beach front, from 2nd night on there was construction noise (all night), trucks & tractors up & down the beach along w/ a huge pipe horizontally covering all parts of the beach; we didn’t have access to the water from that point on… ##### Windy H. Loved being directly on the beach. The house was beautiful. And the guest team was very accommodating. The only thing we didn’t love was we felt sand in our beds before we even went to the beach. But that’s part of having a beach house. Sand is hard to get out of linen and mattresses. Also the door out to the pool had a sensor on it that beeped within 12 seconds of closing. So basically every time we left or used the pool theres was a very loud beep. That got annoying and inconvenient but wasn’t worth complaining about and wouldn’t deter us from booking the same place. I’m guessing it was a safety precaution since the pool has no gate around it? Anyways we loved the place and would stay again for sure. ##### Chantelle J. Plenty of room so we were not on top of each other. The views are stunning from the House. The kitchen is large and very well equipped. Several of us could be in there at once and had plenty of room. Only wish they would add a Keurig coffee maker at this level of rental. Didn’t take away from our vacation but would be nice. The beach is so quiet on the West end but you are just a few miles from Pier Park. There was construction but we were usually up when they started. Did not seem to both anyone too much. My only wish (and I gave up the master suite because of this) PLEASE put drapes in beach front rooms. You CAN NOT sleep after 5:30am when the sun comes in. Any and every rental we’ve ever had had window coverings to block out sun in the morning. We want to sleep in a little on vacation. Still we loved, loved, loved the house. ##### Mary M. The house accommodates a lot of beds which is great. It is very spacious. However the mold smell was strong. I understand the houses on the ocean and this is going to happen. But it was so bad that all of the women there ended up having some respiratory issues after the second night. Also upon arrival the air-conditioning on the second floor was not functioning. In my opinion they should’ve been checked and handled prior to my arrival. The air conditioning technicians were there all morning the next day trying to fix it. They were polite and nice but the issue that I was told was not the actual issue. It was much more intense. The washing machine also didn’t work and I had message the property manager with no response. We still had a good time but I feel like for a $650 cleaning fee the house should’ve been in much better condition. ##### Brooke C.
