(Sleeps 4 with ease!) Access your private balcony from the family room—where you can take in breathtaking views of the ocean and Gulf of Mexico’s world-famous sunsets and white sandy beaches. Enjoy floor-to-ceiling views of the ocean from the kitchen and family room. Living room has a new (2022) queen sleeper sofa and a 70' HDTV WITH Roku TV. Master bedroom has a new queen bed (2024) and 55' HDTV Roku TV as well. No need to overpack; we have an in-unit WASHER AND DRYER so you can save room in your suitcase for souvenirs. Just a few of the renovations include living room furniture, dimmable cove lighting, a ceiling fan and stunning hardwood floors throughout. A fabulous marble shower, fully-equipped and updated kitchen with all new appliances, quartz countertops and new custom cabinets, new doors, new windows and crown molding. The bedroom got a full makeover with brand new furniture, dimmable cove lighting and a ceiling fan as well as a large mounted TV. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. My only wish is that the pans were a little better to cook on. We're a family with strict dietary restrictions so we needed to be able to cook every day and just wished the pans would have been not as "used" and possibly have some containers for leftovers. Overall the stay was wonderful, beautiful condo and beautiful resort!!!! We would for sure book again!!! ##### Amanda J.
