Great location for going out and taking short Ubers into town for a fun night! If you have a big family like me it slept everyone comfortably. Unfortunately with having a big family we had to take multiple trips to the store because the house only supplied the bare minimum. Traveling from out of state we had to go to Walmart and buy our own beach towels/umbrellas for not only the beach but also for the pool. There were also many little things that kept adding up such as dirty grill that caught fire from built up food/grease, the back door of the house did not close properly, shower heads were loose, mold on the bathroom ceiling and very very dirty floors upon arrival. The house has potential but you can tell it’s managed poorly. ##### Samantha C. She stated she would see what she could do. While at the property the PM turned up the heat on the pool and dropped off blankets. My concern was never about heating the pool or blankets. My concern was the pool had not been serviced and was not clean or in condition too enjoy. In a text reply it was stated that that was not expressed to us and you’ve been home for two days. There was never a mention of you wanting money back or having an issue that you thought warranted that. NOT TRUE. The PM came out and took pictures of the pools condition and stated she would see what she could do. SHE DID NOTHING TO ADDRESS THE POOLS CONDITION. The pool was never available for my family to enjoy. Finally after texting back and forth they made it clear that they were not going to issue any credit or refund any money. I Will never book vacation property thru Vrbo again. Very poor communication and customer service. ##### Walter H. There were plenty of bedrooms and parking was easy. The house is only one row away from the ocean and some of the bedrooms have ocean views. That being said, The living area could use a furniture upgrade. The dishes in the cabinets were dirty. We had to re-wash everything before we could use it. The Kitchen is adequate. It is set up to give room for more that one cook. However, the equipment is lacking. There was only one casserole dish, no large frying pan and the utensils were of the lowest quality. The top element of the oven did not work and one of the burners on the stove top was not working. It made cooking a big family dinner challenging. We make it work and had a great time. ##### Patricia S.
