The following are a few glitches we experienced, which I’m sure are easily fixed. The master bath shower appeared to not have been cleaned, and the bike code written on the chalk board was incorrect when we arrived, so that caused a little delay. There was also a little confusion on whether there was a community pool in addition to the private pool on the property (there is not). The back door alarm went off every time we opened the door until we figured out how to disconnect. Pool can be heated but comes at a hefty/day fee which is not provided in the property listing. Everyone spread out. It is so beautiful! Decorated incredible. Seriously close to the beach and like this access is so easy and not crowded! 30a beach girls!!! OMG if you have never stayed with them you need to. Groceries picked up and put away. Bonfire included that was hours of fun. We cherished every moment spent unwinding in the serene surroundings. The convenience of the golf cart made trips to the beach and Seaside a breeze, eliminating the hassle of parking. The house is a great location between Rosemary and Seaside quick bike ride or golf cart ride to each. We loved the pool features after a long day on the beach. The layout of the house is fantastic along with the decor. Plenty of rooms, great backyard with a pool and porch. The beach access was so close and easily accessible by the provided golf cart. We were able to utilize the grill and had great time outside with family when not at the beach. The bikes and golf cart were used daily, seaside it just a quick spin away. 30a Beach Girls was amazing to work with, very attentive and informative. We are an extended family group of 11 ranging from 6 months to 79 years. A great property for the group. Everyone had their space but gathering space for meals and games too. We loved the back deck for star gazing and relaxing. Really enjoyed the house uniqueness and beautiful artwork everywhere. 30a Beach Girls makes traveling easy! Good communication and everything was as described. The great room was big and our preferred hang out place for the family we cooked and talked, played cards for hours. The pool was so needed for coming off after the beach. The beach was so open not crowded at all. We rode the bikes to Seaside and the food trucks and that was fun as well. The best part was the open space, no stairs and all the bathrooms. The decor was gorgeous, and the house was incredibly clean. Only recommendation would be heaters outside for entertaining, nights were cold in February. Also, it would be great if you provided containers with lids to store your leftovers and food in the refrigerator. Hours were spent on the bikes, beach is so close! We miss it already!! Property managers at 30a beach girls could not have been any better. Responded immediately to any/all questions.I would 100% stay here again! ##### Anonymous
