With that said, at this price point, I have higher expectations and this property fell short in a couple categories (i) Cleanliness - The floors were not thoroughly cleaned upon our arrival with sand residue present to the touch, (ii) Deferred maintenance - The unit has several instances of wear and tear including a couch and exterior patio furniture that are in very poor condition and in dire need of replacement. The gas oven did not appear to be heating properly as well as one of the shower faucets was defective and difficult to operate and (iii) Household Staples (or lack thereof) - This unit comes with nothing in the way of staple groceries such as coffee, baseline perishable goods, a welcome bottle of wine, etc. Your expectation should be that anything you need while there will need to be purchased at the nearby grocery stores. With all of that said, we did enjoy our time, but again with the price point come higher expectations for quality of service. I hope these observations will be addressed for future guests. ##### David C.
