There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. My only disappointment was the room was supposed to come with a gym card, and it was not in the room and the owner did not get back. It was directly on the beach with an unobstructed view of the water. There’s plenty of space in the unit, and the pictures probably don’t do the size of the unit any justice. I think a lot of small changes could really take this property to an excellent rating: the lights in the primary did not want to work, we had to flip the switch until it caught (we stopped even trying to use the overhead in the end), there are poor touch ups in the trim and drywall, and a fresh coat of paint is needed throughout. For it to be a 3 bedroom unit, the balcony was disappointing with only a table to seat 4\. The third bedroom stayed very warm and the kitchen cabinets need some attention where they have been painted over and are bubbling. Overall, the communication was good, the view was amazing, and we did enjoy our stay. We just felt like this unit needed a little more TLC to bring it to that excellent level. I would stay again, but my expectations would be lower. ##### Cassie F.
