There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. Bill was very helpful and gave great instructions on the check in process. He was great at communicating and being available throughout the process. The condo itself is well furnished with nice touches such as DVDs and beach toys and plenty of space. The balcony view of the ocean was beautiful. The complex has a nice outdoor heated pool, grill, fitness center, easy access to the beach, and plenty of parking. Great location also - close to local attractions such as Pineapple Willy's and Ripley's Believe It or Not. We hope to stay at Bill's condo again! ##### Henry B. For 3 0f the 5 days we were there, the elevators stopped at every floor. We had a 15 - 20 minute wait every time we pushed the button to summons the elevators. It is not the typical beige on beige you usually see in a rental set up to just turn a quick profit. This condo is lovingly appointed with beautiful, heavy, nice furniture. There is beach themed folk art everywhere. He has a full closet of everything you would need for a week at the beach with a family or just relaxing with your love. The kitchen has beautiful fiesta ware dishes and it is decked out with everything you could want. My daughter was in love with all the fun fish on the walls and her chin was on the floor with the Tiffany style lighting. The owner was only a text away and took time to orient us a few days before to the property, saving us a lot of time trying to figure things out. The hot tub and heated pool were perfect and the owner upgraded the shower heads in both bathrooms which was an unexpected luxury. The best part for me was the balcony which was out of this world. We especially loved that we could lounge on the recliners, rock in the rocking chair or play uno at the table. We were there the weekend of a big game and my husband was delighted to have a comfy chair and a big screen in the living room as well. This owner has made a personal home away from home at the beach and has literally thought of everything to bring the comforts of home to your vacation. ##### Rebecca K.
