You will receive a guidebook and contact info before arrival. This condo is located in West Panama City Beach, FL - Only 5 Min to Pier Park, 10 Min to Scenic 30A, Less Than a Mile to Winn Dixie, 18 Min to Airport, and Seafood is Directly Across the Street! Convenient to Shopping, Restaurants, Groceries, and Activities! 2 pools (one of which is heated seasonally), large hot tub, grill area, steam room, fitness center, and sauna! Keyless Entry - Your Code is Only Good For Your Stay & Expires Upon Departure. You Will Receive Your Code 24 Hrs Prior to Arrival. The guest parking garage is 7.5 Ft tall and there is additional parking behind the garage to accamodate trailers and larger vehicles. \*We Do Pay For The Armbands and One Vehicle Parking Fee For Our Guests But If You Bring Two Vehicles, The Second Vehicle Will Be A $40 Charge. Host pays for one parking pass and 6 armbands which will be left on the counter in the condo. If guest has a 2nd vehicle, guest will pay the office staff $40.00 for an additional parking pass at the office on the 4th floor. Guest must park in the garage across from the building. There is a pedestrian bridge or crosswalk to access the parking garage. Security enforces use of the armbands as well as no drinks near the pools or hot tub. Bathing attire: The HOA asks that you wear appropriate suits to keep their family atmosphere. Please let us know if you have questions regarding this. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to eat in…even chip clips! Awesome! Lisa was very responsive to messages whenever we had questions or needs. We had actually stayed at this same unit a previous year and looked forward to another stay here. Lisa was very helpful and pleasant to work with. The condo was beautifully renovated and it was very enjoyable to come back and see the updates and how lovely everything was. Our boys loved the bunk room with the fun accent wall. The large balcony had great furniture pieces to enjoy. Everything was clean, and well furnished with beach items, indoor games and other items for play. We didn’t have to use all of these, as we enjoyed good weather mostly, but it was a very nice option to have. The kitchen was well equipped and organized and there were several items available for smaller children as well. Lisa and Steve have done a great job with creating a wonderful atmosphere here! Oh, and the wireless phone chargers were so convenient!! Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would love to stay here again. ##### Jeremy F. I came with my two teens fresh out of a freezing Minnesota winter. We were so happy for the warmth and sun! Everything in the condo is renovated and the decor is perfect...right up my alley. The place is very clean, just how I like it. The view off the balcony is great and the beach was wonderful. I loved reading out on the balcony at night. The balcony is huge and great for relaxing and eating at the table. We had a pretty awesome storm roll through which is also right up my alley. I got some great pictures and videos. I took the cushions in from the balcony and made sure the lay down chairs didn't fly off. We had a minor issue upon arriving with the door code and getting on wifi. Lisa responded very quickly and both issues were remedied. The condo is stocked with everything you need from beach equipment to kitchen supplies. I do wish the doors to the balcony had screens so you could hear the water (when the AC is off). Not a deal breaker by any means. Overall we loved the condo, beach and location as it's on the quiter end. We would definitely stay again! ##### Nikki J.
