Good location with fantastic view of the ocean. Older complex with decent pool area. Condo was very dated and really rough around the edges. Major mechanicals worked, but lots of minor repairs and updates needed. Hard services were clean, but the rug in the bedroom and fabric on the couch were gross. They had lots of security guards that always confirmed your stay before they opened the gate. Quality of the bedding could be better. The sheets were rough. But this condo is in dire need to be updated. The outlet to the tv barely worked we had to plug and unplug the tv several times and it barely worked half the time. The tile wasn’t done in the kitchen. The bathrooms were outdated. Mainly the toilets and bathtubs. The fridge took an entire day to cool. And every pillow here was flat. I honestly wouldn’t stay here again. I would stay with the company definitely but this condo needs work bad. Also as soon as we got there a used towel was hanging on the door.
