Likes: spacious, ac worked well, bedding seemed clean Dislikes: unclean, needed a good proper cleaning, overall fresh paint would work wonders for this property. fixtures needs cleaned, bannisters dirty, mattress uncomfortable. We sprayed Lysol all over if that tells you anything. the trash on 3rd floor near elevator sat full for two days attracting bugs and foul odors. Became ill after 24hrs of using tap water for hot tea. We left a day early, it was not our best stay for sure.

45 minutes for check in at front desk.. only one person checking in at "check in time on a holiday" really....? Bathroom was a not clean right...(i cleaned hairs from last,last,last people on room) Person on front desk had the best attitude and was very nice,but only one for 8 rooms checking in was impossible for him. he explains everything(where to park,hours etc) x 8 was 45 minutes..... basement or parking garage looks like a scary movie...fix it or dont let people go there Hotel has a lotmof potential !! my humble opinion

The room was mostly clean. A layer of sand was on all counter tops. Fridge did not cool until last day we were there. Towels were clean and beds were also clean. All the employees were polite and helpful. Elevators were slow - long waits but it was a full hotel.

Great place for the price. Close to dining and shopping. Perfect spot for families. The bed could use a new mattress but that was the only fault I found in this hotel. Overall for the price and the fact that it’s ocean front, I’d stay there again!

DONT COME HERE ... we came here for our honeymoon 9 days total .. the first 3 days we had to changed rooms 3 times... (I have disabilities and that wasn't an easy process for me or should have had to do that to begin with) I have tons of videos .. pictures... we are waiting on the GM to give us a refund and still waiting to hear back from him..he evaded us the entire time and refuses to email me ... the problems here are awful ...false marketing online to faulty light switches to where you could get electrocuted...filthy with bed bugs... things are broke or don't work lol .. I'm sorry I ever came here.. maybe some people had a good 1 night stay with low expectations but paying hese costs and fees .... our room was left open for anyone to rob us (theft) because the staff when they did clean (well make the bed) left the door open 3 inches wide... and we begged for clean towels, a good room cleaning, toilet paper... I mean I had to fix the damn toilet...heavy mold in the bathrooms...the General Manager Mike Novak is a coward ..won't even call me or email me back about a refund..go read othet reviews... health department and OSHA will be called

They did let us check in early under Tornado Watch, Maintenance was quick and nice. No batteries in remote, convivence toiletries were open and used. when we asked about these at the desk, we were told they could not be left at the desk for us to pick up. they also tried to get us to keep the used items. no dryer in room also asked for this. Never saw either. Staff was rude and uncaring. Parking is horrible and they have new valet parking which takes up most of available parking for an additional charge or they advise you to park at the adjacent busy restaurant or the Ramada which also has less than needed parking or across the street behind a sketchy convivence store. Valet is rude, doesn't speak to anyone. Front desk day shift check in seems to want to say to guest "Shut up, let me check you in and get out of my face (same one with same attitude for 3 stays. Our past stays have been much better but the greedy addition of valet parking taking up all good spaces and the bad attitude of all but one employee means we won't go back. Also, high winds prevented us from being able to put the "Do Not Disturb" on the door so we stopped and talked to housekeeping asking them not to enter our room they did anyway and left clean towels. They did not take the dirty towels or leave a clean bath mat.

The hotel is very dated. There is no restaurant. The rooms although are suites may have been updated but are in disrepair. There is no room service unless u are there 3 or more days. You have 2 small garbage cans in the suite. The floors looked like they needed a good scrubbing. In the bathroom they put in a large shower, however there was evidence of mold and crud along the bottom ledge. When we needed towels they ran out of bath towels, and gave us the pool towels. The pool are had no umbrellas for shade. I would look elsewhere next time or try VRBzo

The hotel is showing its age but some upgrades made to the rooms. Bathroom had newer showers and lighting around mirror was good. You are staying here for the balcony and beautiful ocean view. Did have a kitchenette and having cold drinks in fridge was great.

This hotel had staffing issues. The front desk took an average of 35 minutes per guest for check-in. There was confusion regarding the $20 service fee which was not included in the 3rd party booking apps. The room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioning/. heating worked well. It was clean. The kitchen area had some basic utensils, plates, bowls, and 1 large pot. The hotel does not provide breakfast and there is not restaurant on premises. There was not enough cooking instruments to be useful- for example no frying pan, no can opener, no drainer, only one 5 qu pot. During our stay midweek, the motorcycles starting arriving for a rally. The rooms are not sufficiently insulated from street noise, even though we were on the 10th fl, it was very loud.

No parking on property unless you want to pay for valet parking and they claimed the room has a kitchen, however you'll need to bring everything from home if you want to use it. Two pots and 1 spatula, that's it. No frying pan, no toaster, no pot holders, not even a handheld can opener and nothing to clean up with even if you could cook. No kitchen towels, paper towels, wash cloths or dish soap. The room amenities were terrible, the bathroom sink was clogged, the toilet ran constantly unless you remembered to jiggle the handle, and the air conditioning in the bedroom was extremely loud. Having said all that, the place was clean, I didn't see any bugs and the beach was beautiful!

We have stayed a this property before but this stay the property was not as clean or well kept. On arrival no kitchen towels or detergent. The floors and shower was not clean. Also had callfront desk multiple times for towels to be exchanged unfortunately delay / did not happen . We will not be a returning customer any longer. Overpriced for what you receive :(

On check-in, the room location was wedged into a corner beside the elevator, so we were blessed with the sound of suitcases and beachgoers coming and going almost continually. We left after check-in to get a bite to eat, and returned to find our room was left standing open, apparently by staff who left pizza flyers on our floor... Our valuables appeared undisturbed, though the elevator traffic was 2 steps away from the open door. As we settled in and went to the balcony to enjoy the view, we were greeted by the strong, skunky smell of marijuana & were forced back inside - this would become a theme for the duration, everywhere around the hotel. Amenities in the room were sparse at best, and the AC barely functioned at all, I cannot imagine staying there during the summer. All-in-all, mediocre at besst.
