The layout of this home is perfect for entertaining, with two dining areas and a large living room that opens to a lovely patio. The ground level features a large bunk room that sleeps 4, along with a full bathroom and a spacious outdoor patio. The rest of the bedrooms in the home feature King sized beds. On the main level (2nd floor), there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including one with a private balcony. The third level has 3 bedrooms: two spacious guest suites with their own bathrooms, plus a Master Bedroom boasting Gulf views, a private balcony, and a luxurious bathroom with a resort-style shower and a big walk-in closet. Resort Style Pool Beach Shuttle Daily Memorial Day to Labor Day 9:00AM-4:00PM Other things to note BEACH ACCESS: There are several convenient beach accesses! Gulf Lakes Beach Access: The Gulf Lakes access point is located about 1 mile to the east - this is a small access and can be easily missed, but is probably our favorite! Deer Lake State Park: Deer Lake is located 0.6 miles west. It is popular, but you should know: there is a small parking area at the access (approximately $3 for parking), bathrooms are available, the walk from parking to the beach is a little longer than most beach accesses. It is important to note that because this is a state park and not a Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed. Beach service is not available at this location. Santa Clara: Santa Clara access is ADA approved and is located about 3.5 miles to the west. Parking and bathrooms are also available at this access. \-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees. \-Smoking is strictly prohibited. \-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. \-LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Rosemary Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
