Great Location perfect for multifamily or a group. This 5 BR + Loft Room has 4 Baths and a Private Saltwater Pool and spa! Sleeps 20 in Beds (Max guests 20). Just 60 steps from the beach on a local, residential street; no busy road to cross! This is a great home for one large family or two smaller families who wish to share the cost of a beach rental. With two living spaces and kitchens, everyone will have enough space to spread out! There are no steps on the main level and a beach view from the upstairs balcony. Minimum age to rent: 25 years We encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance, such as CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) or whatever suits your personal needs (weather, COVID, other trip issues). The space Ocean Street Hideaway is a beautifully finished Florida Cottage style beach house with a private pool. It is located on the east end of Panama City Beach on Surf Drive just down the street from the popular Longboards Restaurant & Bar and Finns Food truck. Moving in with your beach gear is a breeze with ample parking available just outside the front door for up to 6 full size SUVs (Driveway is 40' Long by 33' Wide). Located just 60 steps from beach access, there are no stairs on the main level and there is no busy street to cross. The property boasts HDTVs with Rokus throughout the home, live channels via YouTube TV, as well as high speed wifi that is perfect for streaming. Important: This home sleeps 20 in beds - Maximum guests allowed is 20\. Property is Dog Friendly with pet fee. There is a non refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, up to two dogs. Pet owners must clean up after pets. Pets are not allowed on furniture or in the pool under any circumstances. Some restrictions may apply. All bed linens and interior towels are included. Please bring your own beach and pool towels. Full size washer and dryer are available in the laundry room. A play yard, high chair, and baby gate are located in the laundry room for guest use. Please note, no linens are provided for the play yard. Additional baby equipment may be rented from BabyQuip. Main Level includes: Main suite with 1 king bed and en suite full bathroom (shower, vanity with sink, toilet) 2nd Bedroom with 1 queen bed 3rd bedroom is the 'Florida room,' an enclosed porch with 1 king bed and 1 queen bed 4th Bedroom has a full size bunk bed (full bed over full bed). This room provides access to the back part of the house. 2 Kitchens 3 dining areas 2 living rooms There is one queen pull out sofa in the main living room 3 full bathrooms (including the main en suite; one bathroom has tub/shower combo, the other two have showers) 2nd Level includes: Loft bedroom with two queen beds and a sliding glass door that leads to the upstairs balcony Balcony with a Gulf View 5th bedroom is on the second floor and has a built -in full size bunk bed (full bed over full bed) 1 full bathroom (shower, toilet) with double vanity The kitchen is well equipped with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials for lovingly preparing meals for the family. Everything you need to serve 20 people is available including dishes, flatware, and glassware. A full set of cookware (including large pots for crowds) and utensils are also provided. There is a drip and Keurig coffee maker; bring your own favorite coffee and filters. Dine inside or outside, it's up to you! No waiting in line and no reservations required when you have your own home instead of just a hotel room! The pool and patio provide ample entertainment, including a multicolor pool light system. Please note that the raised 'spa' area of the pool is NOT a hot tub. Pool schedule is set as follows: Pool mode/heating will be running from 12:31 AM until 6:30 PM, Spa mode and Jets are set to come on at 6:30 PM and run until 12:30 AM. There is a BBQ grill and corn hole set along with dining tables and umbrellas. Two outside showers help keep salt & sand outside the home. This property requires a security deposit, it will be collected separately by the property prior to check in. This security deposit is a credit card hold that may be returned following check out if no damages have occurred (please refer to rental agreement upon booking). Note: Two security cameras record the driveway in the front of the property. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES Quiet time is after 9:30 pm and strictly enforced. Parties are not allowed in this quiet residential neighborhood. If you are night owls, this property is not for you. If you bring more people than reflected on your reservation you will be asked to leave without a refund. At least one adult who is 25 years of age. Travel Protection Insurance: Travel protection service is highly recommended and can be purchased directly from a number of independent reputable national providers. Endemic insects and fauna may occasionally find their way into our home. To prevent local resident pests from enjoying our home, we do have regularly scheduled pest control treatments to keep the home pest free. Guests may help prevent insects from joining them by keeping doors and windows closed, wiping down counters, and putting away food properly. My 6 grand kids, 2 other kids and 7 adults stayed for 4 nights with more than enough room for more. When I say everything was enjoyable, i mean that. The spa was very warm as I love it, the pool was big enough for all, the lighting in the pool at night made it even more relax feeling. Patrick responding quickly when I had a question. This property was absolutely beautiful! It is very well maintained and is equipped with all the amenities of "home"! The only thing we needed upon arrival was food! The beds are comfortable, and this is very important for my wife, who has back problems. The beach was exactly as advertised...50 steps away and gorgeous! The pool is warm and clean and had all the "toys" provided that the kids (and adults!) could want! The owners are easy to reach and respond almost immediately! We were looking for a place that was spacious, affordable, and a pool to accommodate 12 kids between 0-18, my 5 siblings, my parents, and myself. There were lots of places I saw that could have accommodated us, but I chose to book this house because of the HUGE PARKING SPACE, AND SPACE INSIDE THE HOUSE. From the outside, the house looked rather small, but upon entering the living room/common area was large. Enough seating for all 20 of us. Although we brought our own kitchen supplies, detergent, etc. The house was fully stocked with necessities from pots to ziplock bags. The room that was an extension is actually very comfortable and cozy. There were 2 bunks-downstairs and in the upstairs loft. Both are large. My brothers (adults) each slept on a bed and they said was perfect. My 18 year old nephew snagged the pull out couch in the 2nd living room space. Large sofa sleeper. The loft is huge. Basically fit for a family of 6 plus. There was a second kitchen- great for cooking large meals instead of waiting for one oven. The pool looked a little small in the picture but it actually is quite large (in that space) and fit everyone comfortably. I would recommend booking this house if you have a large family or want to book with other families. The house is made for that!!! I would book again for my future trips! One of our persons required handicap accessibility. Pros- -Contact with management was very good. - We had more space than what we could ever need. -The back area of the home is perfect for a separate families privacy. -The description of the property is accurate. -A short walk to the beach. -The beach is absolutely beautiful. -Utilizing a walker not a wheelchair, a person that has disabilities could actually enjoy the beach. -The home has almost everything you could possibly need i.e. umbrella, beach chairs, a cart to tote your beach supplies, some toys for the kids. I even noticed a couple of beach towels and kids safety floating devices. -The pool water was wonderfully warm. -The kitchen supplied an ample amount of cleaning, dining & cooking supplies. The amount of paper supplies was enough to get us started. A dish sponge & scrubbie is a must purchase. I would recommend an inventory of the supplies before you shop. We were pleasantly surprised to find all that the home offered. -Our dogs had a wonderful time. The property is fenced in, so they could roam around. There was a small view of the beach from the loft patio. Cons- -The handicap bathroom was upstairs in the loft, so absolutely no access to a shower without lifting the person or carrying them upstairs. Our greatest disappointment, was the overall cleanliness. -Mold in/around the shower tile etc. -The patio area was in terrible need of power washing! Way too much mold and dirt. Yes its Florida and there is tons of humidity which creates a lot of the issues, however, this was not an inexpensive stay, so we expected more. -The kitchen was just too dirty i.e. cabinets, back splash, garbage can, cooking supplies and serving dishes were even cracked. Before we used any of the utensils/plates/glasses, they had to be washed. -The home essentially is old with additions and remodeling done. The sunroom enclosure with 2 queen beds runs warm and smells stale. We did not need the space, so we kept the door closed. This area of Panama City Beach is in the midst of new construction. Unfortunately, the original homes on the beach views are blocked by the new construction. In time, there will be even more choices of restaurants, shopping and activities in this area. There is one house between you and a flat boardwalk with public access to the beach. The house is fully stocked and lots of extras that other families have left behind.
