Newly painted interior and carpet in all bedrooms with new mattresses. You cannot go wrong with this house. Has all the amenities of home including fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and screened in pool (not heated). It is a short walk (approx 5 mins) or a very short drive to the beautiful white sandy beach of Panama City Beach. . Located on the quieter west end of the beach. This is the part of the beach families want to be in. If you are looking for a place to party and be loud to disturb the neighbors, this is not the house for you. Why would you rent a small hotel room when you can have a whole house! High speed internet with streaming tv. Your own private screen enclosed pool - no having to share pool here! Yes, sun does go through the screen, it's just to keep the pool clean.! 5 minutes to Frank Brown Park and the new Pier Park. No pets No Smoking No parties You will love this home with the private pool in fenced backyard. The west end of PCB is a lot more private and the traffic is definitely much better. This is the part of the beach families want to be in. The beach is not overpopulated like the east side and the water is awesome. Go snorkeling, fishing, swimming or just bake on the beach . You will always have a great time here. No smoking. No pets. I don't think this is a 4.7 star property as it shows (3 starts at best, in my opinion). The 4th bedroom is a converted garage and the air doesn't work very well in there (it was incredibly hot and stuffy). The pool area was in desperate need of pressure washing (there was black mildew all over the walls and the deck needed to be pressured washed). The yard was overgrown with knee high weeds. I will say the owners were incredibly helpful when the plumbing went out (roots growing through the pipes) and they got a plumber out there the next day so we were only without toilets for a day. For a family its a great place to stay, the kids loved the private pool. Still close to pier park which was nice, but this home is definitely in a much quieter area which we loved. The beach was very close. The only real complaint any of us had was we thought it was hot in the house. The house was little dated as previous comments mentioned but it was definitely a nice family place. It was clean when we showed up both inside and outside.
