Sleeping up to 10 guests in enchanting Rosemary Beach, this home boasts 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a private pool, and an excellent location—a short trip to the nearest boardwalk! Enjoy walking to the private beach, exploring the town square, or relaxing at the neighborhood pools. With its cobblestone streets, white sand beaches, locally owned shops, boutiques, and restaurants, this section of Iconic 30A offers a picturesque getaway for all.  
  
Designed by renowned architect Julia Starr Sanford in the Dutch West Indies style, The Ville evokes a breezy tropical retreat with its stunning front porch overlooking 30A and lush greenery—ideal for savoring morning coffee or even a nightcap! The first floor welcomes guests into a sumptuous great room, adorned with hardwood floors and ornate light fixtures. In the living space, sink into the soft sofas and armchairs for a night of TV or catching up over cocktails—easily mixed at the adjacent wet bar. The dining space pairs elegance with comfort, featuring 4 chairs, a beautiful wooden table, and a comfy banquette bench beneath 2 dazzling chandeliers and multiple windows. In the sun-dappled kitchen, find a gorgeous waterfall island with a breakfast bar for 4 and top-of-the-line appliances. The secluded courtyard pool is perfect for chasing away the heat. Take advantage of the grill and built-in sink with an evening barbecue shared at the outdoor table for 8 under the open sky and twinkling string lights. Then, wind down the evening with a nightcap on the cushioned patio seating.  
  
On the second level, 3 guest bedrooms with king beds and private bathrooms offer charming nighttime retreats.  
  
The third floor boasts an extra living space with 2 plush armchairs, a TV, and a funky light fixture. Adjacent is a media room with a deep couch for lounging and an office. This level hosts the inviting primary bedroom, complete with a cozy king bed and a private bathroom. For additional sleeping accommodations, there is a sleeping space with 2 twin beds.
