There was a bunch of gnats in the house when we got there but we got a fly strip and it took care of it. And the dishwasher was full when we got there. We had to unload someone else’s dishes but not that big a deal. Overall my family was pleased and would stay there again. ##### Micah P. The kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. The owners were easy to work with. The location to the pool is great. Our favorite part by far was the top level Deck space. It worked very well for our family and the toddlers that we had to all stay in one space safely. The grill up there was wonderful to use. ##### Jenny B. We never even needed to use the tram service. The house is clean, beautiful and spacious. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance. The house was beautiful and accommodated our family of eight perfectly. It was close to shops, restaurants and the pool. The property management company was very accessible and easy to deal with. There is no better place than Rosemary beach area for a family vacation. The house was awesome and host very responsive to any questions. We rented bikes and rode everywhere! We have rented a different home each year. For 13 people, I would say the space is a little tight. The common area on the second floor is very small and not accommodating. The bunk room is for smaller children, barely any moving around room. The top deck was not used much during our stay, sadly. The trees block any type of breeze. It's a bummer cause we love hanging on the top deck at night, just wasn't able to at this home. Would definitely be a well-used space in the winter. There are many stairs which is common for most homes in Seacrest. The kitchen is well stocked. The cleanliness of the home was the worst part honestly. Couches were stained. We also saw many roaches during our stay. The home itself was beautifully decorated, just not a place we would ever rent again due to cleanliness. We did have a few issues and the owners are very responsive and friendly. ##### Jennifer N. The location is perfect and close to the pool and the tram stop for the beach. We had 6 adults and 6 children and every bedroom is great, has its own bathroom, and very comfortable beds. The upstairs deck is an awesome hangout in the evenings and easy to connect and control the Sonos sound system. We had one small issue while we were there and the host had a maintenance person out in less than 20 minutes to complete the repair. I highly recommend this spot and we’re already looking forward to coming back next summer. ##### Huong B. Plenty of space for our family of 8 to be together and also for some quiet time! Our grill masters loved the availability of the gas grills and the green egg. Top floor deck is great place to be anytime. Tv and fans are perfect there. Beds comfy and nice, bathrooms beautiful and clean, ice makers in addition to great fridge made packing the provided coolers super easy when headed to pool or beach. We had three families and the house still felt very spacious. The details and decorations of the home make it very inviting. The top deck is an awesome place to relax and there is plenty of seating for a large group to eat outside. The home is perfectly located (very close to the pool and within walking distance to shops and restaurants). Todd, the owner, does a great job of providing recommendations and making sure that your stay is enjoyable. Loved the decks on all 3 levels. The large covered top deck is perfect for cooking out, watching movies or relaxing in this comfy setting, and catching the cool sea breeze. There was plenty of space for everyone to spend time together in a group or spread out into different levels. The breeze on the decks and shade in the back yard were welcome in the hot weather. We have visited Seacrest and 30A many times and this home was by far the best we have visited ! The communication from the time we made the reservation to the check-in process was proactive and seamless and the home itself felt like "home". The space and amenities were even better than we expected - the furnishings were amazing and the views from the deck and porches were glorious. The location was perfect and we had plenty of visitors over during our stay who each couldn't get over the top deck and the "classy comfort" that the home had throughout. The process and the stay at this home really made our vacation and we will absolutely look to stay here again as soon as we can. The homeowners made us feel welcome throughout and provided so many special touches to this home. We loved it ! ##### Anne S.
