They have everything you need, the family enjoyed the 30A puzzle a lot and lots of games and cards for you to play, just bring one extra paper towel and trash bags. Other than everything is there including wash detergent for laundry. The community pool is small but clean Please change the distance to Rosemary beach, it’s not 8 min walk, should be 8 min drive. The house was clean and spacious and had almost everything we needed. The one very small thing missing was a can opener. Not a huge deal, just thought I’d mention it. The neighborhood was close to the public beach entrance and had a pool for the kids to enjoy as well. We really enjoyed the bikes and the house is a short bike ride from downtown Rosemary Beach.
