Enjoy the view and sound of waves from the gulf front master bedroom! Freshly updated property with stunning sunset views over the Gulf of Mexico. Dunes of Panama has 1,500 feet of family friendly private beachfront with three oceanfront pools, one heated, and a poolside tiki bar. Amenities also include tennis, basketball, shuffleboard, volleyball, fitness center. Close to St. Andrews State Park, shopping, golfing, restaurants and attractions This condo comes complete with a gulf front master bedroom with a KING size bed, attached private bathroom with a shower. A 2nd bedroom has one QUEEN size bed and a bonus twin bed and trundle bed underneath it. The 2nd bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook a great meal in your home away from home! The gulf front living room has a large flatscreen TV, plenty of seating and a sleeper sofa. The private balcony offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and seating so you can watch the beautiful sunsets! Pets under 35 lbs will be considered for a fee of $150\. \*The remaining final payment balance is due in our office 30 days prior to your arrival date. Or within 7 days if the check in date is between 14-30 days from booking date. When paying there is a 3% convenience fee when using a credit card. The unit itself (especially the bathrooms) need updating. The dishwasher needs replacing, we tried multiple times to get it to work but it never would wash the dishes I placed in it. My house shoes were new when I put them on and when we left the bottom of both my house shoes were black. Whoever is supposed to be cleaning unit needs to be cleaning it better.
