I then called CS several times because the call kept dropping and they were no help at all. Host finally contacted us that Housekeeping was on their way. When we arrived we found that the refrigerator was not getting cold. I messaged the owner and a new one was installed the next day. When the repair guy moved the fridge it was very dirty and there was bunch of stuff behind the fridge. We got suck cleaning up all the water left in the floor. I told the repair guy that the sliding door was hard to close. He told me next week a new door will be installed. After 4 hours of checking in I saw 2 huge roaches. I contacted the owner and was told the place was regularly sprayed. Nothing else was done. Overall the entire place is just dirty. The baseboards are white 2x4s that have never been wiped down. The floors need a good scrubbing. The towels in the bathrooms had stains on them. The dresser was missing knobs and was filthy. The bathroom door had marks and dirt all over it. The shower handle needs to be caulked. Mop and mop buckets are just left outside on the patio. The shelf that holds the dishes had chipped paint and dead flies on it.
