Upon arrival unit was nasty dirty. Property manager did an inspection THE DAY BEFORE we arrived and told the cleaning services to come back-- they did not. No follow up. therefore we had to wait over 4 hours for a re-clean. Wasted 1/2 day of beachtime. To make matters worse, the bedsheets were disgusting (stains, sand etc) had to go out @ 10pm to BUY clean sheets. Attempted to wash sheets and washer leaked. In addition, kitchen is poorly stocked. Toaster is broken, clock on wall doesn't work, light switch in master bath is broken, fan wont go off as a result. JUST UNACCEPTABLE for the price of rental. The only good thing is I was reimbursed for sheets, cleaning fee and one nights stay! Should have been compensated for the entire stay. FINALLY the layout of the condo is awkward-- toilet is next to kitchen area! Will never stay here again. I highly suggest the management company drop this unit from its inventory. ##### Jackie N.
