Traveling with my family of 8 and extended family of 10 (extended family stayed in another condo in Pelican Walk). This condo was beautiful, comfortable and spacious...plenty of room for the 8 of us. Balcony was a good size with lots of seating. Views were amazing although you can't see the beach view to the left of the balcony because of the condo's location in the building. The beach was never crowded, and I enjoyed being on the "quiet end" of PCB. Everyone said their bed was comfortable, although I found the heavy comforter in the master bedroom to be a bit much for the hot August weather in Florida (yes, it's hot even at night when you're sleeping and the AC on). The condo is conveniently located near the elevator but the "cross-breeze" (or whatever it might be) made a loud ghost-like howling sound in the stairwell, so loud in fact I could hear it in the master bedroom at night. The first night I didn't realize what it was and it scared me so that I went and slept on the sofa for the rest of the night (the sofa is very comfortable too, by the way). Over-all, this is a wonderful condo that I would recommend to anyone traveling to PCB with a large family. Thanks for the memories Pelican Walk 412! ##### Sheila O. We wish that it has been a beachfront view, but overall the condo was great. It is very close to the beach and we enjoyed the pools and hot tub. Did not know until the last day that there was a pool table and game room upstairs. We will definitely take advantage of that next time. ##### Angie C. So very spacious and enjoyed the décor especially the French décor in one of the bedrooms. The balcony was huge. Loved the three sliding doors to the balcony.
