But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. \- Guests may not park boats or watercraft in the driveway or anywhere in public view. Violations will be ticketed. \- Per Watersound Beach Association regulations, guests are not permitted to use rental golf carts at this property. \- The miniature golf course is a two-minute walk from the house. Clubs and balls can be borrowed from the front gate/security office. \- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. We were 4 couples, including a couple young children, in the area for a wedding. Each couple had plenty of room to themself while the downstairs featured a wonderful common space for everyone to enjoy time together. The kitchen and double-sided fireplace were highlights, as was the beautiful wrap around porch. Would absolutely recommend and we hope to return ourselves in the future! ##### Dan F. The location in WaterSound Beach is gorgeous with lovely beach access. The house decor is older and very “used” but I expected this for the very reasonable price. The issue I had was with the property management company. When we arrive a key was missing from one of the lock boxes (carriage house), there was no hot water in most of the bathrooms, and the outside spaces of the house were really dirty. The hot water took days to resove and I spent a lot of time talking to an overseas call center before finally getting to a local team. The inside of the house was mostly clean but insides of drawers, small appliances, and some surfaces were covered in dust, crumbs, and hair. The carriage house is a great space but there is nowhere to put clothes (no closet, drawers, or even hooks). This was really inconvenient and people staying there had to borrow closet space in other rooms. The supplies that were supposed to be included were inconsistent (broken shampoo dispensers), decaf coffee only, no coffee filters etc. overall, I felt the house was good value for the price, but if you are expecting a luxury VRBO 30A experience, it is a bit disappointing. ##### Ashley B. The only problem we experienced in the house was the wifi made you connect to the property management account. That would not be bad except every hour it kicked you off the system and you had to install your name, email and birthdate to reconnect.
