Welcome to Villages B293, a studio condo in the heart of Seacrest Beach! The condo is centrally located allowing you to enjoy the great shops in the Villages of So Walton, the shops at Rosemary and the great opportunities along 30A. The Villages provide access to a great community pool and seasonal tram service to the beach. The condo sleeps 4 and has a kitchenette. B293 is perfect for couples looking to get away for a weekend, week or an extended winter stay.

What should I do in Paradise?
1. Villages B293 is in the Seacrest Beach subdivision close to Rosemary Beach, 30Avenue, Inlet Beach for entertainment, shopping, and dining
2. Bike ride along the 19 miles of scenic Highway 30A.
3. Recreation includes parks, walkways, swimming, tennis, kayaking, surf or lake fishing, bicycling and snorkeling.
4. Enjoy the Sunday Farmer's Market with local vendors in Rosemary Beach.
5. Treat yourself to a spa day.

*Seasonal tram service runs from March 1st to October 31st. The hours for tram service are 9am to 6pm. When busy the tram will operate continuously and during slower period you can call the dispatch line for pick up.

*Please know that effective today, September 28, 2023, signage has been posted around property stating that there is to be no smoking within 25 feet of the building(s). This was voted upon and approved by the Village Community Association Board of Directors. There will be a dedicated smoking area that is located in the center section between Buildings E/F and H. Security will be helping to enforce this rule. For commercial unit owners, please ensure this information is communicated with your lessee.

We called maintenance for repairs in shower and wifi days 1 and 2 Still waiting to hear back from “upper management” we have already checked out. I sent pics of stained sheets and pillow zero response. This is just unacceptable.

Quick trip for business and some fun
Had a last-minute schedule business trip to 30A in Walton county and decided to stay at this location in Secrest. It worked out perfectly. I had business in both Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. The location was perfect. The unit was very clean and well appointed, and worked perfectly for my weeklong stay

Worked hard to make us comfy
There were a couple of small hiccoughs…the tv remote was broken, but I called and they QUICKLY brought and programmed a new one. I also, in teaching for an extra pillow, discovered it was wet and that there was a significant leak from a rotten hole in the closet. Obviously, they couldn’t fix it but came and took a look. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Looked nothing like the pictures!
The room was turquoise blue the picture showed white/cream. Very outdated! Wires handing out sliding glass doors ! Very small!!! Needs some serious TLC and a decorator!!
