Very close to the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast, St. Andrews State Park, & attractions such as Ripley's Believe It or Not! Come enjoy our spacious 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, 1 story duplex that has a washer & dryer on site for your needs. Your home will be equipped with free WiFi and 2 smart TV's that have Netflix and Hulu ready to go. We also provide charcoal grill, beach gear, board games, and outdoor games for family fun! This is a duplex where we can host up to 14 guests in both units (see other listings). The paint colors on the walls down to the decor gave that beachy vibe you expect. Our 2 grandchildren were so excited to have their own room and super excited to sleep on bunkbeds and have their own tv. They played corn hole and putt putt golf in the morning and evenings which is provided. There are so many conveniences provided from a grill and small back yard, washer and dryer, outdoor shower to wash off all the sand. There were beach towels, a cart, cooler, and some sand toys! We were are to bring our 2 dogs so they had an adventure too! Thanks to our hosts for a homey vacation rental. We recommend the Duneplexes to families and friends. There are 4 units within an enclosed yard. We plan on renting again. Thank you again to our hosts! ##### joanna s. There is no grass only rocks. The roof had water running off over the back door all the time. The place was very noisy with people coming and going all the time.
