Located near Pier Park, Gulf World, and Aaron Bessant Amphitheater, you’ll find plenty to keep the family entertained. Relax on the beach, explore the local attractions, or hang out Palazzo 903 is a stunning 9th-floor condo with two bedrooms and two baths accommodating up to eight. Experience a coastal vacation like no other in this gorgeous condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Beautifully furnished and fully appointed, cozy interiors are just the beginning in this spacious condo. Filled with plenty of comfortable seating, including a couch, loveseat, and chair, a large flat-screen TV encourages movie night when you’re not taking in balmy breezes on the private balcony. Preparing delicious meals for the whole crew is easy in the spacious kitchen, loaded with everything you might need. When you’re ready to settle in for the night, the master suite is a welcome retreat, featuring a king-sized bed, en suite bathroom, flat-screen TV, and private access to the balcony. Unwind in the garden tub, enjoy a glass of wine, and drift off into peaceful slumber, while guests take refuge in the guest suite with a queen-sized bed. The kids will have a ball sleeping on bunk beds, while a sleeper sofa in the living room provides room for two more. The gate will flash yellow light indicating the vehicle is too tall and the gate will not open. Guests with these vehicles must park in the parking lot across the street.) I’ve been coming to PCB my whole life and this is the first year I’ve had to rent a place, my dad has had a home here and he sold it this past year. It was actually just across the street from The Palazzo. The only things I would change here is 1- the shower heads need to be updated to wand shower heads and there needs to be a bar in the shower to hold onto. Also needs new pillows on beds. But that’s it! Will definitely stay here many more times if available. ##### Tina s. Marked down the property management because I had to call them 7x to get a toilet fixed that didn’t flush. Each call seemed like they didn’t know I had called earlier and started from scratch 4x. Then they couldn’t give me an exact time- first person said first thing in the morning- repairman showed up at 10am (not really first thing in the morning). Also, we found a Cheeto (under couch) and a small cockroach in a kitchen cabinet. ##### Kenneth S. Excellent location to beach, shopping and eating. Description as to where our actual room was was a bit confusing. Thought we were on 13th floor but actually on 9th. Lost communication with host prior to check-in and needed some important information, but Scenic Stays pulled through and took care of all of our needs with care and efficiency. Everything was as stated in the listing! The only thing I would recommend is if you have smaller children bring plastic cups with you because everything dish wise was glass. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The unit was very clean.We will hopefully get this unit again in the future. The property Manager was awesome and great to work with. ##### Laney B.
