The views are fabulous and the direct access to the beach is perfect. The home was very clean and communication with the host was quick and efficient. The views of the beach and gulf from the 3rd floor bedroom balcony were stunning. The bedroom with the bunk beds had a large screen TV that made it the perfect retreat for the children. The kitchen was well equipped for all types of cooking. Also, access to both garages left plenty of space for parking and storage. ##### Melissa C. It seems the house did not go through maintenance checks prior to our arrival and it was very disruptive. Our first night we had to sleep with no AC and most of the trip the ice maker was broken. The second to last night the outside sink was spewing water like crazy. The host never took accountability and or made it right. The property manager didn’t really accept responsibility or own the issues and just dodged blame completely. In previous rentals when things go this wrong we’ve gotten a partial refund even if it’s just slight, it’s a gesture.Also, only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom instead of providing enough for the stay was just bad hospitality. I’ve never stayed at a rental so stingy with toilet paper. Will not be staying at a property managed by this company again. ##### Mary Jane A.
