Custom features include wide plank white-washed floors, lighted quartzite countertops, handmade shell chandeliers and Bevolo gas lanterns. You will find 4 ample sized bedrooms (including luxurious master suite), 4.5 baths, elevator, summer kitchen, outdoor alfresco dining area, and single garage. You and your guests will also enjoy easy access to Lake Carillon for paddleboarding, kayaking, or fishing. Quiet relaxation can be experienced inside on the second floor or outside on any one of the four porches, with an outdoor gas fireplace found on the second-floor porch as an added amenity. This is THE IDEAL Carillon location. PAKRS PLACE is located in the sequestered gated community of Carillon Beach on the Gulf of Mexico, which enjoys 3900 feet of uncrowded, white, sugary-sand beaches. Amenities include 3 community pools: Bellview Park, Beach Club Pool (located on the Gulf of Mexico), and East Pool. There are tennis/pickle ball courts, full basketball court, children's play area and large green spaces. This is a walking, biking, golf cart community with cafe, exercise club, general store, and Baliage salon and spa. In addition to the manned entrance gate, Carillon also employs licensed security officers who patrol the grounds to ensure the safety of our guests. Carillon Beach is a 'Mayberry USA' beach community where lasting, even generational, memories are created. Also, Carillon Beach is a disability friendly community with a wheelchair lift to the main pool area and a handicapped accessible ramp from the pool to the beach. The upscale shopping and restaurants of Rosemary Beach and 30A are only a 3-minute drive away. Carillon Beach is without a doubt an invigorating retreat. All vehicles must register and pay a $42.50/vehicle parking fee to enter Carillon Beach. Upon registration, you will receive a QR code that you will use at the entrance scanner. This is a family vacation home. We love Carillon Beach and have stayed there for years. This house has everything and more… fully stocked, amazing views, convenience, luxury feel. We cooked daily in the incredible kitchen. Enjoyed all the outdoor living spaces as well as the huge living space with plenty of seating. Incredible bedrooms and bathrooms made it feel like home, but better! Excellent communication and five star service. We hope to stay at Parks Place again and will definitely be back at Carillon! ##### Amy E. Property was gorgeous with high quality finishes and a beautiful aesthetic! Location was less than a 5 min walk to 3 separate beach walkovers and the pool. And IF you want to get in the car, Publix is right across the street to cook a meal in the gourmet kitchen or grill or Rosemary Beach is only 10 min down the road.
